Cha’Tee made our wedding unforgettable with their incredible food and seamless service. The menu was exactly what we wanted, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the charcuterie spread and the seafood pasta!! The team was professional, attentive, and ensured everything was served perfectly. From planning to execution, they made the process stress-free. They made me feel incredibly special the whole process and even sent a highlight reel after my wedding that made me cry all over again. Highly recommend for any special occasion! Also, you MUST try their signature peach tea!

I am very happy to write this review. Cha'Tee Catering did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding this weekend. Friends recommended Charlmene and her team when they knew I wanted good Cajun food for the wedding. It was wonderful and everyone couldn't stop talking about the food, appetizers and her famous peach tea. Charlmene was patient and kind with all our questions and changes. Her team was so professional with their services and made all our guest very happy. They all went beyond their duties with serving our guests. Even offered to cut our cakes. I can't thank Charlmene and her team enough for all our help. I love them and will definitely use them for all our parties from now on.

I am so pleased to provide this review for Cha'Tee Catering. As Mother-of-the-Bride and worked with Chalmene Boland (one of the two owners), and cannot recommend them enough.

We interviewed several caterers and I was surprised that many of them were not terribly original or flexible. My daughter & son-in-law wanted a menu that represented good Texas food with a bit of fun and spice. Our wedding coordinator (Coordinating Miracles) had worked with Cha'Tee and suggested a tasting. Well, the tasting was AMAZING! Not only did they go all out so we could try a variety of appetizers to mains - they set up the room and table for the tasting in such a way that we could see their table decorating skills. Did I say it was AMAZING?!! Not only that - they had also really great ideas and suggestions and offered so much creativity!

On the big day, Cha'Tee did a simply wonderful job of caring for our guests during the cocktail party and did everything including passing the appetizers (mini crab cakes, spinach artichoke dip, & savory meatballs) - and they even ensured those taking photos got to enjoy the apps. Once inside the reception, they had transformed what we thought would be a lovely salad station to a next-level salad/charcuterie display area and fountain of their excellent Peach Team that everyone enjoyed all evening!

For the main course we had a mac & cheese bar with two terrific sauces - traditional cheese sauce and a Monterrey Jack/Jalapeno sauce. Our meats were Texas barbeque brisket and chicken lollipops - which was delicious. Cha'Tee also took full care of the cake cutting and serving. We were so pleased with the results of the tablescapes, the food quality, and the service. The guests were so complimentary of the food and their wonderful staff.

We were absolutely pleased with Chalmene and her team! Best choice we made for our wedding. They went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we asked for down to every little small detail. Decorations were very beautiful. They were very professional, their response time was very fast, and all of our questions were answered. Chalmene created all my flowers, men boutonnieres, created my menus, and let's just say she did everything. Her team took all the amount of stress I was feeling when starting this process and made it fulfilling. The food was outstanding, the venue was absolutely beautiful, everything was done with effort and efficiency. We had such a great experience, and honestly couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. I attended a wedding and reception catered by ChaTee Events Planning & Catering and the food was by far the best I'd ever had at any wedding. It was during the Pandemic and the catering staff was meticulous about ensuring everyone's safety. Chalmene was extremely responsive, flexible, and easy going. People could not stop talking about how great the food and service was for that wedding. They still talked about it weeks later. Not only did this company cater the event, they also transformed the room into something magical. There were so many small touches that made the event so memorable. Need I say it again, their food is just delicious. Literally everything they made was amazing. The company's owner is originally from New Orleans and maybe that explained why the food was so good. I would highly recommend hiring them for a wedding or any other event. They won’t disappoint.
