The entrance to the Chateau Rive venue is dramatic, marking the significance of your occasion. Inside are walls of brick and granite and large timbers supporting a 14' ceiling. Chateau Rive's ballroom is beautiful on its own but, at the same time, lends itself to endless decor possibilities. Real candles are allowed in fireplace-like wall alcoves as well as on tables, and there are many easy ways to hang lights, foliage, or fabric from the posts and walls.
Outside, a bridge-covered creek trickles through the garden and into the beautiful Spokane River just steps away. Natural rock outcroppings and a steep cliff on the west side protect the mini Shangri-La from wind and allows for wonderful wedding and special event photo opportunities. Looking back at the building, you’ll feel ensconced in a European-like ambiance, which will make your day utterly unforgettable.

Near Perfection
Overall? Near perfection. Kelsey was lovely to work with (and Janine prior to the handoff). They dealt with my neurotic number-crunching and attention to detail so well.
Friends and family loved the staff. We got rave reviews for the bartender. We very much enjoyed interacting with the Event Captain and she made sure the entire event went off without a hitch.
Catering was delicious. We got legitimate compliments on the food. Nobody ever remembers the food at a wedding reception but Red Rock Catering crushed it.
The physical space was great – indoors and out. Chateau Rive worked with our florist, the photo booth folks, the DJ and the dessert setup to absolutely create the best arrangement possible. Our 114 guest count fit into the reception area just right.
I really can't stress enough just how amazing this experience was and how fantastic everyone at Chateau Rive was.
