Jessica Winfrow was such a blessing and really great to work with. It was a beautiful place to have a smaller intimate dinner with family and friends. The food was great and they even held our cake in the refrigerator until we arrived after our ceremony.

The Very Best!!! Let Angela and Jessica take care of your every need. They were great. We had to turn our outdoor event into an indoor event due to the weather and the staff at Chateau were awesome! We would book this venue again in a heartbeat!

My maid of honor and I went to the Spa Chateau for my wedding day. We were pampered from head to foot all day and it was absolutely wonderful! All the staff are lovely and warm! My message, facial, and lunch was amazing followed by my hair and make up!! From start to finish they did everything to make sure my wedding day was a day I will never forget!

Everyone at the Chateau, especially Ashlyn, went above and beyond to deliver the wedding experience we wanted. From setting up our dining room, the cocktail hour and having champagne delivered to our room, the whole weekend was fantastic. Our guests were so happy with our choice of venue.

Such a beautiful venue! Everyone loved it. The food was amazing along with the service. The catering manager Ashlynn Vermillion was the best!!! She made our wedding day perfect!!! It was truly a fairy tale wedding!

The staff at the Chateau on the Lake made certain that my wedding was nothing than the fairy tale that I had always hoped for! The venue was spectacular to have the rehearsal dinner and wedding there. Guests absolutely raved about the hotel, amenties, food, service, and their overall fantastic experience that they had over our wedding weekend. I could not thank Emily Steiding and her staff enough for their tremendous service! Thank you, Chateau on the Lake, for helping make my wedding dreams come true!

So the entire catering and event staff here was PERFECT. We rented a room off of the restaurant for our reception. Everything was great and our waiter, Eugene, was absolutely fantastic!
My only issue: payment with the hotel itself (not the event staff). We stayed there all weekend and literally spent $2k at this venue and they have charged our bank TWICE for the funds. They are now refusing to credit us back and are blaming our bank.
I definitely recommend this place as a venue for a wedding or reception, just really watch your card statements if you decide to stay the night!!
