Managing Clinical Director

Micah, Coon Rapids, MN, started her nursing career on the medical and surgical floor in 2018. After one year, she began a new journey focused on impacting the lives of women at a Birth Center where she worked as a labor and delivery nurse for three years. She graduated with her doctorate in July of 2022. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) — certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). When Micah is not empowering women at Chapter, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Aaron and their fur baby, Waylon. She loves all things beauty—but most importantly, she can’t wait to change lives and restore confidence.

Jessica

Managing Clinical Director

Eagan, MN

Jessica’s medical career began in pediatrics, obstetrics, mental health and emergency medicine. She earned her family nurse practitioner degree in 2019 from Purdue University Global and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the Minnesota APRN Coalition and the American Nurses Association.

As Managing Clinical Director at Chapter’s Eagan location, Jessica is passionate about helping guests feel empowered to reach their beauty goals and help them look and feel their best at any age. Her favorite part of working at Chapter Aesthetic Studio? The ability to create individualized plans that acknowledge each person’s unique journey.

When she isn’t working, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends and her two goldendoodles.

Nichole

Managing Clinical Director

Eden Prairie, MN

A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Nichole oversees all clinical practices as the Managing Clinical Director for Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Eden Prairie, MN. Nichole obtained her undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Morningside University in 2009. She then completed her graduate degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner and became board certified in Family Practice Medicine by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2019. Impassioned with functional medicine as an applied form of integrative medicine, Nichole then finished a second specialty board certification in Lifestyle Medicine from Rush University, certified by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine, in 2021. As a proud veteran who served 13 years as an officer in the Army Medical Department, Nichole holds a breadth of critical care experience in both the military and civilian sectors. Her nursing specialties include neurology, cardiology, electrophysiology, trauma surgery and critical care, with medical specialties in family practice, occupational, emergency, functional, venous, lymphatic and aesthetic medicine. Nichole is committed to creating meaningful transformation in the lives of each guest. Her goal is to safely produce excellent, natural-looking results in harmony with personal aesthetic goals; all while maintaining youthfulness and promoting well-being. She believes everyone deserves to live a healthy beautiful life. This new journey at Chapter sparks her passion for clinical expertise and industry leading technology in an unparalleled work environment that fosters empathetic care. In her free time, you will find Nichole exploring the great outdoors with her family. 

Laurie

Managing Clinical Director

Pittsford, NY

Laurie is a medical professional with a diverse background in various fields of medicine, including emergency medicine, urgent care, women's health, neurosurgery, and oncology. She received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Rochester in 2009 and has been working in the field for over a decade.

In her current role as a medical aesthetics practitioner, Laurie is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals and feel like the best version of themselves. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, traveling, and photography.

Jill

Managing Clinical Director

Orchard Park, NY

After obtaining her Nursing degree from the University at Buffalo, Jill completed a masters in FNP from D’Youville University and worked as an RN in a neonatal ICU before moving to surgical oncology. She is also a board-certified ANCC FNP. As Orchard Park’s Managing Clinical Director, Jill loves seeing how science and technology can impact guests’ confidence and happiness in real time. She appreciates Chapter’s culture of collaboration, excellence and fun. In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with friends and family, and rooting for her favorite team, the Buffalo Bills.

Kasey

Managing Clinical Director

Tonawanda, NY

Kasey’s nursing career began after earning her RN degree from Niagara County Community College in 2015. Before medical aesthetics, she worked in subacute therapy and family medicine, while also managing her clinic's medical weight loss program. During this time, she also advanced her education earning a BSN from Western Governors University in 2017 and a Masters in FNP from D’Youville College in 2019. Passionate about the beauty industry and anti-aging research, Kasey has always wanted to make a personal impact on people’s lives. She loves the kind and compassionate culture at Chapter that helps her change people’s lives in beautiful ways. When not helping guests realize their beauty goals, Kasey enjoys traveling, hiking, playing with her pets, and getting outside with friends and family.

Jennifer

Managing Clinical Director

New Hartford, NY

As Chapter New Hartford’s Owner & Managing Clinical Director, Jenniferoversees all clinical practices in the studio. Jennifer Baldwin is an AANP certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience that spans the areas of family, occupational, emergency, wellness, and aesthetic medicine. Passionate about medicine to the core, Jennifer has sought continued education and received high-level certifications in nearly a dozen synergistic areas of aesthetics, functional and wellness medicine after receiving her MSN. This included advanced training in lasers, medical weight loss, IV Therapy, BioTe®, anti-aging skin rejuvenation, skincare, and Master-level Certification in Neurotoxins and Injectable Fillers.
