Great rental company. The products are high quality and nice looking, and the company is very professional. I first looked at the cheaper company in town and after paying them a visit, I realized they weren't worth the small amount I'd save going through them. I went directly over to Central Valley Party and found that they were a great value and very knowledgeable.
I recommend going in person, if you can. Otherwise try by phone. I took one star off for responsiveness because email isn't the best way to reach them and they're not always able to answer the phone because they have a small staff. But once I went in and spoke with them, they were totally responsive and professional. And I brought them down a half star on value for the delivery fees (although they were still pretty reasonable). We ended up having them deliver to and pick up from our home on the days before and after the wedding, rather than directly to the venue on our wedding date because it would have cost a bit more. But in retrospect, I probably should have paid the extra for the convenience (and they would have been very flexible with the pickup and delivery times for that extra fee).
