We absolutely LOVED our cake from here! Heidi was who we worked with. She gave us all the options we had, made us some sample cakes to try and ended up producing exactly what we had visioned. You can choose from samples they have in store, and I'm sure she would work with you on what you want if its a bit different from what they've done. They have options for all budgets!

Central Manor Bakery did an amazing job. When we went for our first meeting/tasting, they gave us an entire cake to take home to "taste!" They worked with us to get exactly what I wanted the cake to look like. They had great ideas and lots of pictures to look at. Their prices were AMAZING for wedding cakes. We received MANY compliments on how delicious the cake was and how beautiful it was. It was exactly what I had pictured and explained to them. Everyone loved the cake.

High five to Head Baker Heidi French. We chose to have cupcakes to get around the $2.00 per person cutting fee with the venue we used. The cupcakes were amazing!!! I actually ordered extra because I knew some of our guests would want two cupcakes. We choose: Marble (vanilla and chocolate) with Buttercream Frosting, Red Velvet Marble (red velvet and vanilla) with Buttercream Frosting and Spice (pumpkin/spice) with Cream Cheese Frosting. I was right in ordering extras. CMBG even gave our daughter a top tier wedding cake for them to cut and share free of charge, their gift to them. It was even decorated exactly as my daughter desired.

We ordered our cake from Central Manor Bakery & Grille. Everything was delicious. I was a little surprised at the lack of decoration on our cake. I was asked our theme/ colors and what I wanted on the cake, I told the girl our colors and to make it look beautiful. The cake had no detail to it. My florist ended up making it look beautiful! We did order cookies for the dessert table, and everyone just loved them!

Instead of a traditional wedding cake, we purchased one two tier cake with a vine detail in a flavor that my husband and I both enjoy, and three additional 10" round cakes in various flavors (carrot, red velvet, and chocolate). The cakes were beautifully decorated and remained so even in the heat and humidity of our wedding day. Our guests (especially those who knew how much we had paid for the cakes) were incredibly impressed with the flavor and quality.

The cake was wonderful!! They listened to what we want and it was beyond our expectations! Only draw back was that they were not flexible with delivery times and our wedding coordinator ended up being the one responsible to move the cake into the reception room. Big miscommunication all around be could have been more flexible. Otherwise, would recommend. Great prices! Great cake!!
