The food was wonderful. The serving staff was great. The contact person was nice. I didn't feel like she was always listening to me and was looking down on me at times. Centerplate had a contract with my venue so we had to use them. They wouldn't have been my first choice.

No, no no no no. Dawn is horrible and has no customer service whatsoever, they told me things the NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING that they had to change, and the waiters were rude to my guests. The only up side was that the food was good. But in my mind, good food does not outweigh the horrible service I received.
