We hired Celladora Photography for our January wedding at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville. John was so easy to work with. He knew the resort very well and had a lot of great photo location ideas. He was quick with his responses during the whole process. His prices were reasonable for the market and the quality. John and Cara were an absolute pleasure to work with on the day of our wedding. Taking the time to fluff my dress, arrange the little details, and straighten all of us up before the shots. The turnaround for the photos was fairly quick, about 4 weeks. And they were lovely! Wonderful editing and easy to view, download, and share with family. Thank you Celladora for capturing our special day so beautifully! We will cherish these photos forever!

John from Celladora Photography captured both our engagement and wedding day photos and we could not have been more thrilled with how they turned out. He was incredibly easy to work with and his expertise is second to none. My husband and I are not known for being terribly photogenic, but John made the process easy with great direction and ultimately a lot of fun! I feel so strongly about this review, I’m not sure words can capture it. We loved everything about our wedding, but choosing John and Celladora was the best decision, hands down. He is laid back and fun. He feels like part of the group, not an outsider. He gets to know your guests. By the end of the night, he IS one of your guests and even something like family. Because he does all of this, he gets AMAZING, candid shots that a typical photographer doesn’t have access to. He’s just flat ridiculously good. He stole us from the reception for a few minutes and we went out to the beach to take shots under the stars. He danced! What photographer does that? He spent time thinking about the shots he’d take beforehand. He cares and it shows in his amazing artwork. Even my guests where raving about him. When does that happen? Hire this man. He makes magic and will absolutely preserve your memories. And you will adore him. 💜

John and Lauren were SO fun to work with and the pictures are amazing! They were very easy to coordinate with before the day and their wedding questionnaire ensured we got all of the shots that were important to us. On top of all of that, we got our gorgeous images back quickly!

I am so happy that I chose John Yates from Celladora for my wedding photographer. From the moment, my fiancé (now husband) met John we knew he would be a perfect fit for us. He was easy to talk to, laid back but his work displayed so much talent. Our engagement session was just a preview to the amazing work we would get with John. Throughout the process, he was easy to work with and flexible with our plans. On the wedding day, I could have not asked for a better photographer. He accomplished all of our bridal/family photos so efficiently, which allowed us to enjoy some quality time in our bridal suite relaxing with family/friends. The previews I have seen of the wedding day look fabulous and I cannot wait to see the rest. John even created a photography fund for our registry so guests could donate to our photos instead of giving gifts that we really didn’t need. The best moment of the night is when all of my guests were dancing like crazy and John was literally laying on the floor capturing the shot from below, so cool! Hands down, John Yates is the best, check him out!

My husband found Celladora through a Google search and as soon as I saw the video, I told him I had to have them for the wedding. They did not disappoint. John is warm, funny, and honest--he put us at ease from our very first meeting and truly made us feel like he wanted to be a part of our day. He is so passionate about photography and life and telling people's story, the kind of person who feels more like a friend than a vendor. Taking pictures with him felt natural and easy--my husband, who hates having his picture taken, said "This is fun!" Micah, his assistant for our photos, was also fantastic. The two of them work together so seamlessly and captured so many wonderful moments for us. John was super flexible with us too for setting up our dates--when I was unable to pick up my dress from alterations in time to do bridal portraits prior to the wedding, he agreed to do them after the actual day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about John and Celladora Photography, but the pictures truly speak for themselves--they are beautiful, classic, and captured all the amazing moments I wanted to be able to relive again and again. It's rare to have photographs that evoke memories as well as a video would, and that is exactly what John gave us. We could not be more pleased with our pictures, and if I had to do it over, he would be my choice every time!

Seriously the most amazing photography I could have asked for. They were a little pricey, but it was so worth it. They are so great to communicate with and so professional. They send two photographers who's visions combine to make for a great variety of beautiful pictures. They are great during your wedding, helping you feel good and beautiful and calm. They write a blog post about your wedding which is really fun for family who missed it to see.

I just loved everything about these photographers!!!
