This review is so long overdue, but it has taken me awhile in order to try to capture in words how much we are indebted to Celeste for our wedding. She truly made the event magical with her one-stop shop: catering, décor/florals, alcohol, and event set up/tear down. From the minute we met with her in Santa Rosa for planning, my husband and I felt as ease. With both of us being analytical, we truly appreciated her cut out drawings and graph paper layouts. We were able to see our vision come out into the design of the event. She was able to capture what we wanted and more.

I looked back at pictures and am in complete awe of house she transformed the entire Meeting House. Our wedding incorporated a relaxed, intimate vibe with a "pinch" of New Orleans flair. It was both personal and romantic. All of our guests continue to comment on how beautiful the eating area was when we walked through the doors to sit down.

Aside from the event design, the food was nothing short of amazing. The appetizers were a hit and only made our guests (and us) excited for the main course. Celeste made our ideal, wedding food request come together so brilliantly even though my husband and I were all over the place in trying to incorporate our favorite foods. She even coordinated the alcohol for us; taking back the extra in order for us to get our money back. From what I understand, that is far above and beyond what most will do. That truly is the epitome of Celeste and her team.

Celeste- thank you for the best night of our lives. At the end of the night Alex and I sat on the bench, gazing at everything and thinking how lucky we were to have you as our caterer/designer/etc. You truly made our wedding the most magical night.

I live in downtown Chicago. My best friends are from NYC, LA, and Washington DC. We are used to eating and drinking the best, and fine dining is a hobby for us. I was nervous about having a destination wedding where I hadn't even tried the food. Celestine's provided quality and creativity - catering to my ideas to make my wedding day personal and memorable.
Celeste does it all - décor, catering - and she does in your budget. I felt like she truly understood my budget and found ways to help me stay in it without cutting the quality of food and drinks. People raved about the food at my wedding; you don't want to miss out on the shrimp and grits! Celeste is honest about what works and what doesn't, and her advice proved to be golden.
Look no further for catering and décor, Celestine's was more than I'd hoped for. Not only was the product perfection, she and her staff were so kind and professional. She made me excited about my ideas and went above and beyond to make them a reality. Thank you Celestine's - you are incredible and my day was beautiful because of you!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Celeste is! She is the best around! She will handle everything for you: she books and oversees all rentals, creates layout and design of the event, flowers, food, décor, and staff. If you trust her, you will not be disappointed. I live in Washington, DC, my mom is in Kentucky so we worried it would be difficult to plan a wedding and get exactly what we wanted from so far away. That was until we met Celeste! I sat down with her for a few hours and she listened to everything I liked and disliked. She took everything into consideration and created an amazing layout, a delicious menu and flowers and décor that were exactly what I wanted! After I told her I didn’t have strong opinions about a wedding cake, she suggested a nontraditional dessert, a gelato bar! It was a hit, everyone loved it. Her vision and ideas were greater than anything I could have ever imagined, she has great taste and has so much experience creating beautiful, unique spaces. Being a southern girl, I wanted southern food, fried chicken, biscuits, fried green tomatoes, etc. but I didn’t want it to feel casual. Celeste and her mother created a menu I like to describe as ‘elegant southern’ and our guests are still talking about it. It was presented so beautifully and it was absolutely DELICIOUS.

Celeste is so kind and genuine, I felt like I could ask and talk to her about anything. She is very honest and realistic about things—there were places I wanted to cut corners and stick to budget, she was willing to help and was very honest about how that would or would not affect the overall feel of my wedding. Our wedding exceeded expectations and I completely credit Celeste! Two pieces of advice for brides looking to get married on the Florida panhandle: hire Celeste and trust Celeste. Your day will be a dream come true if you do!
