  This review is so long overdue, but it has taken me awhile in order to try to capture in words how much we are indebted to Celeste for our wedding. She truly made the event magical with her one-stop shop: catering, décor/florals, alcohol, and event set up/tear down. From the minute we met with her in Santa Rosa for planning, my husband and I felt as ease. With both of us being analytical, we truly appreciated her cut out drawings and graph paper layouts. We were able to see our vision come out into the design of the event. She was able to capture what we wanted and more.
  
  I looked back at pictures and am in complete awe of house she transformed the entire Meeting House. Our wedding incorporated a relaxed, intimate vibe with a "pinch" of New Orleans flair. It was both personal and romantic. All of our guests continue to comment on how beautiful the eating area was when we walked through the doors to sit down.
  
  Aside from the event design, the food was nothing short of amazing. The appetizers were a hit and only made our guests (and us) excited for the main course. Celeste made our ideal, wedding food request come together so brilliantly even though my husband and I were all over the place in trying to incorporate our favorite foods. She even coordinated the alcohol for us; taking back the extra in order for us to get our money back. From what I understand, that is far above and beyond what most will do. That truly is the epitome of Celeste and her team.
  
  Celeste- thank you for the best night of our lives. At the end of the night Alex and I sat on the bench, gazing at everything and thinking how lucky we were to have you as our caterer/designer/etc. You truly made our wedding the most magical night.

  Celeste does it all - décor, catering - and she does in your budget. I felt like she truly understood my budget and found ways to help me stay in it without cutting the quality of food and drinks. People raved about the food at my wedding; you don't want to miss out on the shrimp and grits! Celeste is honest about what works and what doesn't, and her advice proved to be golden.
  Look no further for catering and décor, Celestine's was more than I'd hoped for. Not only was the product perfection, she and her staff were so kind and professional.   There are not enough words to describe how amazing Celeste is! She is the best around! She will handle everything for you: she books and oversees all rentals, creates layout and design of the event, flowers, food, décor, and staff. If you trust her, you will not be disappointed. I live in Washington, DC, my mom is in Kentucky so we worried it would be difficult to plan a wedding and get exactly what we wanted from so far away. That was until we met Celeste! I sat down with her for a few hours and she listened to everything I liked and disliked. She took everything into consideration and created an amazing layout, a delicious menu and flowers and décor that were exactly what I wanted! After I told her I didn’t have strong opinions about a wedding cake, she suggested a nontraditional dessert, a gelato bar! It was a hit, everyone loved it. Her vision and ideas were greater than anything I could have ever imagined, she has great taste and has so much experience creating beautiful, unique spaces. Being a southern girl, I wanted southern food, fried chicken, biscuits, fried green tomatoes, etc. but I didn’t want it to feel casual. Celeste and her mother created a menu I like to describe as ‘elegant southern’ and our guests are still talking about it. It was presented so beautifully and it was absolutely DELICIOUS.
  
  Celeste is so kind and genuine, I felt like I could ask and talk to her about anything. She is very honest and realistic about things—there were places I wanted to cut corners and stick to budget, she was willing to help and was very honest about how that would or would not affect the overall feel of my wedding. Our wedding exceeded expectations and I completely credit Celeste! Two pieces of advice for brides looking to get married on the Florida panhandle: hire Celeste and trust Celeste. Your day will be a dream come true if you do!

  Celeste was the best decision we made for our wedding at Rosemary Beach. My fiancé and I were planning our wedding long distance. We went for a long weekend to meet vendors. We met Celeste and cancelled all the other appointments we had. We couldn't be happier. We were so impressed with Celeste. She is so sweet and so good at what she does. We loved that she does flowers and catering so it made it easy for when guest count changed. I can not even describe in one review everything she did to make our wedding perfect. The venue was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly like the pictures I had given to her of what I wanted. The food was AMAZING. every single person said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. She actually has a full kitchen set up and thats why everything tastes so amazing. The shrimp and grits for an appetizer were the best I had ever had and we had beef tenderloin that was so good as well. Everything tasted great. We recently moved to Cabo Mexico and wanted a tequila bar. She made ti look so good and it was a huge hit. My fiancé loves ice cream so we had a frozen yogurt bar as well. Celeste is so good at what she does and I can't imagine what I would have done without her. She made our wedding the happiest days of our lives. Couldn't be happier with her!!

  Celeste and Edie couldn't have done a better job! A destination wedding is not easy - and they handled the rehearsal dinner for me smoothly and professionally. I didn't have a worry - outdoor venue @ Eden Gardens State Park, beautiful lighting, décor, flowers - and the food was delicious. Pure and simple, Southern hospitality - thank you!

  My husband and I planned a destination wedding in Sandestin from Texas and Washington. Celeste was amazing. She took photos that I found on Pinterest or magazines and created the floral as well as linens perfectly. It turned out amazing, and we couldn't have asked for anything better!! The flowers were definintely the most gorgeous flowers that I have ever seen :) She even arranged the candy bar, which looked great as well!! I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend :)

  Everyone with Celestine's did a wonderful job. We were only able to communicate by phone and email because our schedules (my (now) husband's and my own) would not allow us to travel down to Florida to discuss the arrangements in person. I was able to send some pictures to Celestine's to give them ideas and speak with them by phone to tell them more about the ceremony and my likes and dislikes. They were very knowledgable, professional, and friendly. My ceremony venue and reception venue were both beautiful, thanks to Celestine's!

  Celestines flowers for my wedding were so crazy amazing. I gave her names of flowers I liked, pictures and the style I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations. I almost cried when I saw my flowers they were so beautiful!!! I think I've never seen flowers that amazing in bridal magazines or on tv. You can only hope on your wedding day that your flowers are going to be beautiful but with Celestines you don't have to worry at all. If you want flowers that you and your guest will always remember I suggest you go with Celestines. Thank you for making my day so beautiful!!!!!

If you can't use them for thier catering then use them for your flowers or visa versa. They also took care of all my rentals. They made it so simple whiel making the entire process very personal. The food was AMAZING and i have never seen Orchid blooms so massive and bright. They go above and beyond and give you the most bang for your buck...BY FAR!!! Trust me when I say that you can't go wrong with choosing Celestines for your wedding.

  Celelste was amazing to work with, she quickly got my taste and was able to help me pick out the perfect flowers and ceremony/reception decor with ease. Her suggestions were spot on and everything was absolutely beautiful!

  Celestine's provided me with my wedding flowers and decor drapes for my wedding. They were fairly priced and listened to what I wanted and married it with their expert opinion. They never pressured me to buy more than what I wanted and they were experienced in their craft. Everything went according to plan and I was very satisfied with everything that they provided for me. If they don't have what you are looking for they will go as far to tell you who does.
