Caroline made our wedding planning process SO easy and smooth. She helped us feel less overwhelmed as we tackled all the little details leading up to our wedding day. And on the day of our wedding, we didn’t really do anything but show up to enjoy our special day with family and friends. Shes super reliable, responsive and easy to work with. 100% recommend to anybody 👍❤️😍

Caroline was super professional and kind! We were nervous and clueless leading up to the wedding but she always met us where we were at to keep us on track. Our questions about timelines and vendors were met with kindness and knowledge (ie with zero judgement 😅).

She works efficiently to know her couples well and problem solve - the month and day of the wedding went way smoother than expected! I was definitely underprepared but Caroline saved me so many times. All of our decorations and settings were set up the way we asked! She has such a good eye for what will look good and made it all happen without us having to worry the day of.

All to say, it was so worth the investment for her long experience and wide network in the industry. She knows how to deal with tough vendors, intense family, and unexpected fires. all of which freaked me out. We had a tight budget but knew coordinator can make/break the big day. Plus we ended up saving money thanks to her help! Words cannot express our gratitude to Caroline, the whole wedding felt and still feels like a dream. 

I knew going in Caroline would be reliable because I have three friends/family members who hired her as well for their weddings. What I didn’t know was that we would have lots of hiccups due to unforeseen circumstances (power outages, photographer’s flight getting cancelled, rain that was not on the forecast, and guests who had not rsvp’d being some 😆). Caroline helped everything run so smoothly and worked so hard to make everything so beautiful. We appreciate her hard work so much and wish we could support her more through this review!

Caroline was our partial planner at JM Cellars, and she and her assistant Allison did a fantastic job making sure the day was everything we could have ever imagined, and more. She met with us early to go over our timeline, ask if we needed help in any way, and helped us find vendors for a few areas we still needed. She was responsive and answered many of our ad-hoc and detailed questions. A week before our wedding, she sent out timelines to our vendors and made sure that everything would be in place, and smoothed over any hiccups. On the day of, she was super calm and collected, and made sure that everyone from the party to the vendors knew what we were doing. We owe so much of our day to Caroline, and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again!

I was the exact opposite of a bridezilla on the day of my wedding and leading up to it ALL because of Caroline! I would recommend her wedding planning to all my loved ones. She’s the perfect balance of being stern enough to address things as needed with vendors, but very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The best decision working with her. I did not worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding which is crazy because I’m super type A about planning. Highly recommend!

Seriously grateful that we got to work with Caroline to plan and pull off our wedding. She's as hands-on or hands-off as you need, but don't let her calm demeanor fool you-- she was on top of *everything*. Caroline helped us plan, arrange, and handle our 100-guest wedding. After the wedding, I heard about extra things that she did behind the scenes to make our day even better, and I also heard about things that went wrong that I never would have known about because Caroline just took care of it all. Even if you already have a venue coordinator like we did, Caroline provides a completely different type of service. We wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Caroline was amazing and made our day run very smoothly. She helped us with ensuring that we had an idea of how everything would work prior by sorting out all of the details and coordinating with our other vendors, and during the day of helped with all of the small things that popped up. She made the process a lot less stressful for both me and my wife, and our day that much more awesome.

Out of all the advice we've received from other married couples, they have always said that having a day-of coordinator is so important. When we got to that point in the planning process, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Caroline. I've seen her work through other friends and acquaintances and they always had great things to say. Now that we're on the other side, we can confidently say that hiring Caroline was one of our best decisions. Our original wedding date was in September 2020, but due to COVID, we had to push back it to June 2021. Caroline was super understanding and flexible during this process, which made the whole rescheduling situation 10x easier. She was also always available for my random planning questions and I appreciated her vast insight into the wedding industry. We had a combination of virtual and in-person meetings and she always helped us feel at ease, and yet gave us the direction and prompts we needed in terms of moving forward in the planning. On the day-of the wedding as well, everything went by so smoothly despite the on-and-off rain. I felt at ease knowing that Caroline was helping things run smoothly in the background so that even I, with a type A personality, didn't have to worry. Although majority of our interaction was virtual due to the pandemic, Caroline was always there for us throughout our whole wedding planning. It was as if I already knew her and she was a long-time friend of mine. She quickly responded to all my texts and emails and always knew how to ease any potential stress that may arise, especially planning a wedding during a pandemic. I personally pay close attention to detail and as we got closer to our wedding day, I started to get anxious with all of the uncertainties with the potential King County phase changes/updates. However, Caroline was always there every step of the way providing any updates she has heard/seen. As our wedding day was approaching, everything fell into place.

Caroline is extremely detail-oriented, organized, punctual and very professional. She created a detailed timeline where it listed out everything to the minute. Caroline communicated with all of our vendors and handled all of the setup/clean-up so my husband and I did not have to worry at all. She continued to amaze me with all of the coordination she executed throughout our wedding day. Caroline decorated our welcome/guestbook table and she made my vision come to life! She even helped with my wedding dress when my bustle came undone and she immediately told me not to worry about it and knew what to do with it. Caroline is not your average wedding day-of-coordinator; she will go above and beyond every expectation you will have. I felt like she was my honorary bridesmaid! Every transition was so seamless and everything flowed so well; our wedding day was seriously so perfect. I remember all of our family and friends were checking in with me and asked if I was stressed at all and to be honest, I was not stressed one bit.

My husband and I could not thank Caroline enough. She is the reason why we had such an amazing time with our family and friends without having to worry about the smaller details. My husband and I just needed to worry about getting to our wedding venue on time and leave in one piece; Caroline took care of everything else. I kid you not, our car was packed with everything at the end of the night and all my husband and I did was get into our car and drive away. My husband and I were able to be present and truly enjoy our special day with our family and friends.

I highly recommend Caroline as your wedding day-of-coordinator! She took all of our worries away and was our lifesaver throughout everything.
