We are so lucky to have hired Chelsy and her team for our wedding! The entire team is incredibly professional, kind and sincere. She knew our vision and made sure that it was executed to perfection on our wedding day! Chelsy always makes you feel comfortable. She is respectful of your budget and actively tries to help you find the best vendors at your price point. Once all vendors are booked, Chelsy takes over the entire process, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the final days leading up to the big day.

Our wedding was during the holidays when many event planners are busy with holiday parties. We never felt like Chelsy did not have time for us. She would always let us know when she had a scheduled event in case she was slow to respond to our emails. Chelsy also always worked around our schedules and was even willing to hop on the phone with us later in the evening. Her flexibility, positive attitude and genuineness helped make the wedding planning process smoother than we could have ever imagined.

The week before the wedding, we spoke on the phone with her about once a day just to catch up on a few of the smaller tasks that we had to complete. We really appreciated that she constantly checked in on us.

On our wedding day, Chelsy and her team arrived early and were even kind of enough to stay beyond the contract time to make sure that all guests left safely. The setup of the ceremony and reception captured our vision perfectly! Our guests are still talking about the décor and have even remarked that it was the best wedding that they’ve ever attended! We had nothing to do that day other than enjoy ourselves and cherish that special moment. That would not have been possible without Chelsy! She was incredibly attentive to us during the entire wedding and made sure that we were always smiling, laughing, dancing, eating and enjoying ourselves!

My husband and I could not recommend Chelsy enough, she helped make our special day what it truly should be -- unforgettable. At first we were on the fence on even getting a coordinator, however after talking with Chelsy we immediately knew we needed one, and she was the one.

Knowledgeable advice is indispensable, and we now know that a great coordinator is so much more than that. We had some small and large issues with vendors and family and Chelsy was a calm and reassuring voice throughout everything. She was very familiar with our venue (Whisky Reds in Marina Del Rey) and her knowledge was able to prevent a potentially disastrous and definitely stressful scenario from happening when the restaurant, unknowingly to us, double booked parties on our wedding day. She also helped guide us to know everything we needed to know, including how to get our wedding license in time, which we didn't realize we needed to order a few months in advance. She helped us book vendors including the hair/makeup team which were affordable, pleasant and did a great job.

Chelsey was understanding of our needs and concerns, she adjusted to our shifting schedules and helped us figure out exactly what would make our day so special. She's caring and decisive and we will always be thankful for her service.

Her and her team executed my wedding vision flawlessly. Chelsy is down-to-earth and easy to talk to. From the beginning, Chelsy effectively communicated with me to be sure we were on the same page every step of the way. She offered ideas and referrals as needed. She was more than a wedding coordinator, she was a great listener and provided reassurance when I began to feel stressed out and overwhelmed.

Come the wedding day, Chelsy was a BOSS! First of all, she was professional in her appearance as well as with her conduct. I loved her ear piece she used to communicate with her team because it cuts out the chaotic look of people running around. I watched her transform my ceremony space into the reception area and she never missed a beat. I had many family members compliment Chelsy and the team because my wedding went so smoothly. She was able to regulate kiddos running around as directed by yours truly and was so professional about it. Not once did I feel overwhlemed during the reception because Chelsy had everything under control AND I had so much time to DANCE!

Like many hands-on brides, I thought I would be able to handle everything on my own. NOPE! That was silly to think, I am sooooo glad we hired Chelsy as a wedding coordinator because my family, bridesmaids, husband and I got to enjoy our special day not worrying about a thing. Where do I begin.... Chelsy Clinton Events is the most professional, most organized, MOST FUN wedding planner out there! Chelsy’s experience and knowledge on event planning is second to none. My wife and I were planning our wedding on our own. We knew we needed a day of coordinator, but when we hired Chelsy, she made the last few months, specially the last month where everything seems impossible, possible. Her and her crew knew exactly where to be and at what time, she coordinates with all your vendors to make sure there’s no confusion, she keeps the bride to be relaxed so that there’s little to no stress leading up to the event. I will be using Chelsy again and again for sure. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would. Get ready Chelsy, we have my sister’s wedding coming in about 2-3 years!

Our wedding was planned for September 15, 2018 and I had less than one year to do everything. At first I thought I could do it ALL on my own... man was I wrong! As the list grew longer and longer of things to do, I knew I didn't want to have the stress or worry to be put on me or my loved ones to set up all the details the day of our wedding. I knew I needed a wedding coordinator to hold my hand along the way and help me bring my (very specific) wedding vision to life... and within budget!

I was referred to Chelsy through our florist J Flowers (they are the best too!!). I knew Chelsy was the one for us right away! We needed her for day of planning/set up/control of everything for our reception.
Her service prices were very competitive and within our price range, plus we could customize or add-on services if needed along the way. She got down to business immediately, staying in constant communication with me at all times, even months and months prior to the big day, making sure every single detail was accounted for. She actually LISTENS to what your vision is, contributing her original and creative ideas, which was much needed since I tend to over complicate things! She knows all of the best local vendors, and helped us hire our caterer, bar tenders, rentals, etc. I was so impressed at how many connections she has in the wedding industry. Oh, she also designed and mailed our invitations too!

Our reception site was a completely blank canvas that required a lot of imagination. I had a distinct vision of how I wanted everything to look and be set up, down to the bar area and table settings, welcome table, etc.
When we walked into our reception it was like a dream. It was EXACTLY how I had envisioned it the past 9 months, and more. We are still getting compliments from our guests who have repeatedly told my husband and I it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to.. I can't help but smile and thank Chelsy and her team for all of their hard work for that. She was so easy to work with, and helped me stay calm in times where I thought all this wedding wasn't going to happen before I went insane.

Chelsy kept us on schedule for all the important and sentimental events during the entire night so we didn't get too carried away! She served us our dinner and made sure we sat and actually took the time to eat something lol! Then came everything else from the first dances, speeches, bouquet and garter tosses, cake cutting... it all went on time and smoothly. I'm not kidding when I say our wedding night was perfect.
