Cathy's catered our wedding for 72 people. Renee was the head chef at our wedding and did an outstanding job! A very special thank you to her for going above and beyond! She made sure that we had appetizers in the kitchen when we arrived and drinks before we were announced to our guests. She also took the lead communicating with our DJ to make sure announcements were made about the meal and dessert being served. The food was amazing! The feedback I got from our guests was fantastic. The food was served buffet style. We chose to do mini cupcakes for dessert in about 10 different flavors and our guests loved them! We got to take home extra food at the end of the night as well. Brain was our bartender and he also was very friendly and did a great job as at our venue we had to supply all the drinks and alcohol. Throughout the night I asked him if we still had enough and he gave me the run down of what we had left which was a relief for me! I highly recommend Cathy's catering to anyone, especially for a wedding. All staff were very prompt, and professional!

WOW! Cathy's catered our anniversary party (100 ppl) and did an outstanding job. We received so many compliments on the food as well as the professionalism of the staff. Lobster Ravioli is a must. Our friends still talk about it. They were also very flexible as our guest count changed last minute. Would recommend without hesitation.

My sister in law actually found them for me as I live NC but our wedding was in PA.What a great deal for our money we paid $7.50 a plate.In this day and age you can't beat that.They can cater according to your needs and do not have a set menu like most places.What made it more awesome for me is that their chef is puerto-rican and so is my hubsand so we had what I would call a spanish meal.Each plate came with rice & beans (arroz con gandules), roast pork shoulder (pernil), roast chicken & a vegetable salad.They were also able to rent my table linens.Instead of china we used what is called reflections and it had me fooled it looks just like china until you pick it up.That was money saving for us.They served all the food for us buffet style and even cut our cake although it was purchased else where.At the end of the night the gave us all of our left overs to take home all packaged neatly.I believe the gentlemen I spoke with Tony is one of the managers and they were such a pleasure to deal with.
