What Cat created for us is a masterpiece. I still can’t even get over how amazing it came out and that we have such a beautiful work of art to cherish forever. From the start, Cat was the sweetest soul. She also was very meticulous in her planning, making sure that she knew exactly how to capture our vision by having us fill out a detailed questionnaire and creating a personalized mood board for the painting. The day of, Cat was there from 2 PM until the reception ended at 11 painting. Our guests loved chatting with her while they watched her work and we loved watching it come together over the course of the night. She took it home afterwards and spent time working on adding more details and adding a special top coat for preservation. She happened to be painting a wedding near us, so she even dropped the finished product off at our house with a really thoughtful, handwritten note. She is an amazing person & artist and we couldn’t recommend her enough!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful words about Catherine! I was really on the fence about hiring a live painter for our wedding. In fact, I only reached out to Catherine the month before our wedding and we were SO incredibly fortunate that she wasn’t already booked for our day! Catherine was super easy to communicate with and answered every question or concern of ours. She also was so kind to share options with us on how we can try and stay within our budget. We spoke regularly through email as well as on the phone regarding how to bring our vision to life. Catherine will also create a mood board for you based on your style and venue. She painted at our venue before and the final product she posted on her Instagram was absolutely stunning. I knew we were in great hands! When we met the day of the wedding, Catherine was already at the venue hours beforehand painting the details of the room. We had a choreographed first dance and knew this was the scene we wanted to capture. Catherine videoed our rehearsal and we all agreed the part where my husband dips me would be the spotlight. We are so honored to be Catherine’s very first “dip” painting! :) Our painting was the best gift we could have ever asked for. If you are on the fence like I was DO NOT hesitate! Catherine is beyond talented and the MOST kind person! I cannot recommend her enough!!!! Our guests loved watching her paint during the night and many of our guests have asked us for her information for their future events. Thank you again Catherine for capturing our special day!
