My name is Maria, and I am a small business owner. I am also a designer and creator, and I make one-of-a-kind, hand-embellished, floral picture frames. I started my Etsy business 7 years ago, when my daughter left for college. I had been a stay-at-home mom, raising my child, and creating a home that was filled with love, as well as a very unique and beautiful aesthetic. Prior to my daughter’s birth, I was an elementary school teacher, and I also obtained a degree in fashion merchandising. I discovered that I was extremely passionate about interior design and decorating. I began embellishing things in my home, with beautiful millinery flowers and various appliqués.
