We had a great experience working with Cat because she knew how important the day was to us and she developed our memories into the art of her beautiful photgraphy. A long-time journalistic photographer, Catherine is a well-established professional who can handle any photography assignment. When I booked her for my wedding, she interviewed me to determine my needs -- simply stated, I wanted more candids and fewer posed portraits. She also arrived promptly and prepared with lighting at both the church and the reception site. She was very unobtrusive, which I attribute to her preparation -- no need to ask a lot of questions during the event if she has interviewed the client properly ahead of time. After my wedding, my proofs -- and there were a lot of them -- were delivered to me within weeks. Catherine took so many good shots it was difficult to choose among them. In my case, Catherine gave me the proofs and the negatives -- I'm dating myself -- so I could put together an album myself.

Cat is a wonderful photographer; we booked her to shoot photos for our wedding reception. She was very friendly and helped us book a time to come and view some of her previous work. We were pleased with the photos that she had done for other weddings, so it was a no-brainer for us to work with her.
On the day of our reception she was there early to take photos of us getting ready, took group shots for us with our families and then took some beautiful portraits of my husband and I. One of my favorite things about Cat's work is that she has a great eye for candid shots. She was able to capture moments that took place during the reception that either we didn't get to see or didn't want to forget!
Very shortly after our event, we had the photos in hand and were very happy with the work Cat did. We recommended her to friends who then were also fortunate to work with her! We highly recommend Cat as she has a great eye for detail!

Catherine was a delight to work with – Very easy going and a fun personality. She made us feel at ease and I remember being super comfortable for having just met her.

I really enjoyed her photojournalistic approach to our wedding as well as the direction she gave when it was time to pose. The camera clicked away the whole time and it was also nice to be able to grab her throughout the night and ask, hey, can you take a picture of this or that, and she did with no problem!

Soon after the wedding, Catherine gave us a CD with all the high resolution photos, which was a super plus for me to be able to "own" my wedding photos, as well as a nice proof album of all the photos.
