We hired Catering by Cindy for our Rehearsal dinner and it was the right choice. We had about 40 guest and there was not a single issue. The food was amazing, but the way the entire service played out was exceptional. Cindy and her team were very attentive to any of our guest needs and the service was truly second to none. I would hire them again for any gathering or event.

Not only was Cindy super responsive but her food is incredible! We hired Cindy for our Wedding and from start to end she was the best. We went to her adorable home where she fed us our test menu. The food for the wedding was so fresh and delicious. She is very professional and kind - I would high recommend for all of your events!

Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate for the guest when they arrived
Sweat tee and waters
Charcuterie tray (pictured) (KILLER homemade pimento cheese)
Mediterranean chopped salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette
Beef tenderloin w/ mushrooms & horseradish sauce
Tuscan herbed chicken in a spinach and artichoke cream sauce
Homemade mashed potatoes
Seasonal roasted vegetables
Toasted bread w/ basil pesto

Cindy is SO kind. She's very down to earth and knows what she is doing. She made us a little private dinner so we could try the food, and it was fantastic. I received a lot of complements on her BBQ!

I used Catering by Cindy for my wedding, and I was not disappointed. We had the caesar salad, garlic toast, sautéed herb chicken with caper cream sauce, rosemary red potatoes, and roasted veggies. Everything surpassed my expectations, and I'm still thinking about those roasted veggies. All the quests were raving about the food and service. Duwana was so kind, and got everything done promptly. I was very pleased with everything.

We really enjoyed working with Catering by Cindy!! We had to change our plans due to COVID and Cindy was so helpful and flexible with our situation. She was very responsive via phone and email anytime we had a question. The food was so wonderful!! Our favorites were the beef tenderloin and the roasted vegetables. We would definitely recommend Catering by Cindy!

Cindy did an excellent job catering our entire weekend meals. She paid attention to detail and was always available for any changes prior to the wedding. Her food was absolutely wonderful!

Cindy was such a pleasure to work with! I had so many questions and she was always available to answer them. She was able to tailor the menu to exactly what I wanted and even made mini pies for my pie bar! People are still talking about the brisket!!

Cindy did a fantastic job with our reception for 100+ guests. It was in a tent at our cabin, she adapted well to the venue and help to make it a perfect night.

We planned the catering long distance with a couple of new ideas to be served. Cindy was wonderful to work with. Very
professional but open to new ideas and sharing ideas of hers. The food was great! The grilled cheese bar the bride and groom wanted was perfect and a huge hit with the guest. We received many completes on all the food. We definitely would recommend her services!
