Cat Toung may not be widely known outside the asian communities but she is AWESOME!! Take a look at the pictures on her website. The pictures speak for themselves. Price is very good, but the quality is even better!! She was very professional and took a lot of time to sit down with us and go through our ideas for bouquets, flower girl baskets, corsages, stand-alone pieces, table centerpieces, bridal table decorations, plus draping to cover up some walls and create other walls, fabric and crystal draping, chair covers, uplighting for around the room, and organza sash decorations for bridal, sign-in and cake tables. She has all her own room decorations in a large warehouse so price and selection are great. She loves what she does and puts a lot of time and professionalism into her flower arrangements - only the best flowers and detail. She literally glued on lines of rhinestone onto black ribbon and then onto the top rim of our white ice tower vases in order to match our white with black and bling accents theme. All our flowers were ready on time with no problems, everything was decorated early in the venue, and they came by after the reception and cleaned everything up in about 5-10 minutes.
