The true character of a business owner is revealed when challenged. I am happy to amend my previous review of Casa De Amore, and I do so without reservation. Following my detailed conversation with the owner, we were able to address some misunderstandings not detailed in the contract. She was very understanding and extremely responsive. Most importantly, she treated me with respect.

This is an establishment I would do business with again, particularly because the owner took ownership for the shortcomings of her staff. This is commendable in a business owner.

From the very first day of trying to find a venue, I decided on this place. Mainly because of the warmth and hospitality of Maholy ( the lady in charge). We sat and talked about the weight of the event and she assured me that all would be well. She made sure that the timelines were followed and all my requests were honored! There were no changes in the prices along the way . It was smooth sailing.. on the day of the event , the staff was phenomenal! They were very kind and friendly to all my guests and displayed ultimate professionalism! I simply don’t have enough words to say about the lovely staff at Casa de Amore. I’d recommend this venue to anyone

Thanks to Casa de Amour my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party was extra special. I just can't get over how amazing the decor turned out and how delicious the food was. I’m definitely using their services for my next event. Their communication was on point and very professional throughout the entire time. They went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect. Thanks again for the priceless moments you’ve created. I will absolutely rate them 10 stars if I could. They definitely understood the assignment!!!

I fell in love with this venue because of the high ceiling loft look of their main ballroom and the scenic waterfall view of the outside surrounding the place. i was able to have my ENTIRE wedding there. from the ceremony to the cocktail hour upstairs (while i took my wedding pictures in the beautiful garden) garden and the reception was held their biggest ball room. the decor team brought my dream to life. Thank you casa de amore! money well spent

I had a very disappointing experience with this venue’s customer service. I submitted an inquiry on Thursday, March 6, and immediately received an email stating I would get a call back within 24 hours—but I never did.

By Monday, March 10, I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called the venue myself. No one answered. Later, I received a call from an unknown number, and instead of a professional introduction, the person simply said, "Hi, I have a missed call from this number." I had to ask who they were and where they were calling from.

The caller then apologized, saying their coordinator was out of town—something that could have easily been communicated with an out-of-office message. He then casually said, "I'm gonna send your number to my coordinator so she can hit you up." This kind of unprofessional language made the entire interaction feel more like a high school conversation rather than a business inquiry.

Shortly after, I received a text message from him with the coordinator’s name and number, instructing me to call her myself. That’s not how this should work—a venue representative should be reaching out to potential clients, not the other way around.

When the coordinator finally called me an hour later, she didn’t introduce herself—just said "hello" in a disinterested tone. She then proceeded to ask what event I was planning and for when. When I said a wedding for April 2027, she rudely responded that they only book a year in advance, making it clear she had no interest in the conversation.

From start to finish, this venue showed zero professionalism, poor communication, and absolutely no customer service. The attitude from both the initial caller and the coordinator gave me immediate bad vibes. Considering their already low ratings, I now understand why. I would not recommend this venue to anyone looking for a serious, professional event space.

If I can give it 0 stars I would! Wedding ceremony was booked outdoor with the coordinator that stated in the event that it rains the ceremony can be moved indoors. The day of the wedding it rained and the coordinator was nowhere to be found and when Mahoney finally came out to speak to us she demanded we pay another $450 to move the chairs inside. When we asked for the copy of our signed contract she said they didn’t have it. Of course we paid because we had no choice, but rest assure I’ll be there next week to get a copy of the contract. What should have been a beautiful day ended up being a nightmare. Mahoney is condescending and unprofessional!

A regreatful experience! As a result to my party if I would want to experience my event all over again I would’ve never chose this venue again. I am in the customer service world. I would’ve never make any of my client nor any new client experience what I did. The staffs here have made my event a living hell! Very humiliating organization, Unprofessional, Malicious took advantage of me and yet very poor direct planners. Place setting is amazing but whomever own or run this business needs to know how to threat Custer yet along people with dignity and respect.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from this poorly run event space. The staff here is very unprofessional and argumentative. I contracted to host an event, the owner took my deposit and did not uphold our contract. He did not allow my event planner in on time and as promised and included within our contract. The space was HOT. They refused to turn on the AC the night prior to cool the room. The bathrooms felt like a sauna. The toilets and lighting were inoperable and I was completely embarrassed by my guests dissatisfaction. There was another event happening in one of their other rooms and vendors were walking in and out. causing a commotion. It was a complete circus. Your money would be better spent at a posh hotel ballroom where customer service is honored and respected. This place is a huge upset, don't allow the edited photos, cheap upgraded floors or chandeliers to fool you. You have been warned!!! Bad Business!!!!
