cannot say enough good things about Carrie! Not only does she take breathtaking photos, she’s sweet, funny, communicative, and someone you want not only to be your photographer but also your friend. Carrie was always very prompt to respond to emails and messages, and was super flexible when we had some scheduling snafus for our engagement photos. Prior to the wedding Carrie made it a point to meet up with me to go over the wedding timeline, and make sure that we covered all the particular portraits that we wanted with the bridal party and family members. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond (even tracked down my shoes for me which had gotten moved to the reception location for some reason), and my family all commented on how great she was.

I would highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking for a photographer, and I myself will definitely use her in the future for family photos!

At a wedding, there are vendors and friends and family. Carrie Ayn felt like she could have been part of the friends and family. She did such an outstanding job. She’s fun and easy to work with and brings calm positive energy to the whole experience. We had her shoot our engagement photos and after the pandemic hit and two postponements, she was still able to cover our wedding as well. We were SO excited to work with her again after so long between the engagement and the wedding. She covered all the details, from the decor to the huge family group shots to the crazy dance party that was the reception. We couldn’t have asked for better photos and would work with Carrie again in a heartbeat.

We had Carrie as our wedding photographer and we couldn't be happier with the photos. The whole experience working with her was amazing. She was so much fun, and really captured our special day in a magical way.

Carrie was magnificent to work with and well worth the quality images we now get to keep forever. She also shot our engagement photos. The night before our shoot, location plans had to be canceled due to wildfires. Carrie communicated with me late into the night while helping me find other options that would still fit the same vibe we hoped for. She crawled out onto rocks and through brush as we stopped along a freeway with beautiful views in search of that "perfect shot." The result? Dozens and dozens of impossible-to-choose-from photos. She was organized and responsive from day 1, and knew exactly what problems to anticipate and how to avoid typical day-of time issues. She's all about being punctual and efficient so the bride and groom can enjoy their special day. My husband also appreciated how "casual" she felt while shooting together.. it made it so easy to feel relaxed and natural in front of the lense. I love our engagement and wedding photos and am confident I made the best choice in choosing Carrie!

Carrie was absolutely amazing! Not only was she accommodating to my husband and I being out of state, but she was always available when we were back in California for planning. Her pictures turned out beautifully! During the planning process, she assured me that my want to do a boudoir shoot was an excellent idea. Not only did she find the location, but she brought along extra 'clothes' to choose from, champagne, blankets etc. I was her first client to do it outdoors and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. When it came time to work on the wedding day timeline, she already had things lined up with slots open for specific family pictures and any other specialty pictures we wanted. She was always professional, punctual and friendly to anyone and everyone she was around. She constantly had a smile on her face even in times of frustration. Overall, Carrie is and was an amazing photographer! I can't wait to have her shoot my maternity photos :)
