Carmelita's is a full service caterer, which we needed for our venue! They created and customized the best taco bar with the most delicious carnitas and chicken!!!! All of our guests were raving about their food and asking for business cards. They always responded to my emails within 24 hours and we're always so professional and courteous. I would recommend them to any couple looking at either Italian or Mexican for their wedding or for anyone looking for a great place to eat.
