Elena was incredible and took a ton of pressure off of me! My flowers were perfect!!!

Elena is wonderful to work with! She made my flowers beautiful and was very responsive to my requests. I would recommend her service to anyone!

I wish I could say that Elena provided flowers for my wedding but even though we ordered my bouquet which was simply tulips and baby's breath, she never delivered. We ordered the bouquet ($175) 3 weeks before the wedding. We had not heard from Elena and called in on Friday, June 12th to check that the tulips had been ordered for my June 20th wedding. She stated exactly "I am too busy to talk to you." We asked her if the tulips were ordered for the bouquet even though she was terribly rude and she said "no your wedding isn't until July." We knew then that she had not ordered the tulips and she stated she could not talk to us until Monday and that would have been too late. We ended up paying double the price with another florist because the tulips had to then be rush ordered. I have never been so disappointed in a business in my life. It was close to being a disastrous event. Thank goodness for Klein's Florist. They were attentive and even delivered my bouquet to the venue for me. Do not go to Carmel Florist for your flowers. Stephanie that works there is amazing but it's too bad she is not in charge.
