Small shop but great service. I loved my flower arrangement. Ms. Salas is really talented. A little disorganized and not as professional as larger shops but well worth it. The flowers were delivered on time and were very fresh. The flowers looked perfect and much better than I expected. I got some exotic flowers mixed with roses and the arrangement was fantastic. I was a little hesitant at first but Capitol Florist exceeded my expectations. Very good deal for a great quality service.
