This was a great place to have a wedding! Loved it! Everyone was so helpful and communication was always there. I was even informed about things I never even thought to consider when planning a wedding. Great help with the planning and I even received compliments from my guests on the people that worked during the wedding.

I was married at CCA in the theater and we had our reception in the Governor's Hall. Every thing from the day was amazing and completely stress free. Steve Martin coordinated everything and did all of the decorating so I didn't have to worry about it. I was very last minute with a lot of my decor, but he never made me feel bad about this. He just took my items as I was done with them and put everything together with very little instruction by me. It was more beautiful than I had even envisioned. He was an expert at how the day should go and was an enormous help with the ceremony since we had a friend be our JP - we didn't have a lot of experience. He was calm, helpful, and tolerated a lot with us. I would go back and do this day 100x over and not change one single thing!!! Just magical!!!

My wedding at the Capitol Center for the Arts was amazing! I was so happy that we had our cocktail hour inside the Kimball house because the atmosphere was incredible. Transitioning our guests to dinner inside the Governor's Hall worked out very well. Everyone did such a great job to make our day a success; I would highly recommend the Capitol Center to anyone looking for a great location for their wedding!

It was an exhausting search looking for wedding and reception venues, everything was so expensive and being on a budget it seemed like we'd never find the right place for us, especially since we were looking for a place that was not the ordinary, run of the mill space, we were looking for character and charm.

Imagine our delight when we came upon the Capitol Center for the Arts....not only was the price right, but they also had a list of caterers that fit any and all budgets....The staff was amazing, they hung our decorations to perfection, were fabulous to our guests and people to this day are still talking about it!!

We got married on stage, so if you are looking for character, maybe a little flair and definitley charm, you must check out the Capitol Center for the Arts....it was truly Amazing!!
