The north-facing deck affords panoramic views of the woods and pond, and the south-facing outdoor lounge area has a gas grill, a dining table, and seating for up to 12 people. Inside the house is a sunroom, a living room with kitchen and dining spaces, a game room, a reading room, and guest bedrooms. Cape Cod Villa hosts parties of up to 16 people and can sleep up to eight guests.
