Delicious food and outstanding service!

Would highly recommend Alton and his team. They were extremely professional and super flexible as we were planning our special day. The food was outstanding and our guests were all talking about it. Would hire 100% over!

The caterer that made my day!

WOW! and I say this with excitment because there is no other word to describe it. Canvas Creations is by far the most caring, responsible and most professional company I have ever worked with. The food was perfectly seasoned and our guest are still talking about it till this day. I can't wait to renew my vows down the road because I will be calling Canvas Creations

Professionalism

Very professional reliable, when I need a specific menu I got exactly what I wanted very time punctual. Everything was set and served. I would definitely call on again for future events.

Sutton’s Wedding

Ok, so we had our tasting he prepared the food right in front of us the layout was like walking in 5 star restaurant. From plate setting to us suiting down and it opened with our salad, then the main course. I’m a person who hates scallops well Mr. Hicks changed my mind. He made from scratch home made scallops with cheese Be on bored it was delicious I booked him before my meal was finished. For wedding him and his staff was there way early which I loved. They setup , I loved how they were dressed professionally. Alton made sure my cocktail hour was amazing I still get compliments til date. If your looking for great food and professionalism book with them. I can still taste the food

Above and Beyond!

When you think about booking a caterer, you expect a decent quality but what these guys delivered was 5 star restaurant quality! Canvas Creations is a true hidden gem of the catering world, although they won't fly under the radar for long. Tender meats, perfect pastas and veggies that were fresh! Don't believe me? They do tastings.

Overall excellent service, with awesome pricing!

I have witnessed many wedding designers attempt and many get by. If your looking to get by these are not the designers for you. They will go above and beyond to dot the I's and cross the T's.

Should've trusted the negative reviews

I should've trusted the reviews. Just don't even bother with him.

We booked for a Vow Renewal in March 2023, yes.. 2023. We planned far out enough so we could afford everything we want!

We came up with a menu with Chef Alton Hicks and we paid our deposit. We booked a venue and ends up he doesn't meet the criteria to cater there. Bummer, right? So I contacted him about it so we can get a refund for the $600 deposit and he ignored us for almost 1 MONTH! No joke. He responds that he will cancel the contract and provide the refund for the deposit on September 7th. What is crazy is he cancelled the contract over a week prior to that message but never sent the refund with it..

We are now October 10th and we've never received a refund or had any communication from him.

I've been trying to contact him for weeks and still haven't received any communication. This man is a thief and a scammer.

Chef Alton is fraud please stay away from him, he changed his company name from canva creation to legacy catering! We hired him for our wedding on Oct

The photos says it all, Chef Alton Hicks is a con man, this is out text, they were late, the food was cold, over charged! He had a death in the family so he couldn’t show up, that was a lie, if you read negative reviews about him it’s true! Stay away
