Professional at every turn. from booking the event, to delivery and pickup, it was perfect. The tents were clean and well maintained. Chairs and tabels were in good shape. Installation crew was professional, kind, and fast. We do dozens of events every year and this was the first time using Canton Canopies, we will be using them again.

I've been using Canton Canopies for 10 years with graduation parties for my 4 kids and finally got to use them for a wedding. Mary has always been responsive and flexible.

After the 3rd revised date we had to go to an outdoor wedding during this COVID 2020 and the wedding was in September 2020. It was not easy to pick a location and tent for that matter. Mary was very accommodating as we kept changing the location and the tent size. We ended up with a 20 x 40 with lights and side walls. The staff is very professional and prompt and set up exactly where we wanted and what we ordered.....except the bride changed her mind on the side walls we ordered. I called Mary immediately and she had the crew back out there in no time to make the change to the order that we made. She saved the day and understands that the most important thing on the wedding day is the bride must be happy!!

They were by far the best value for what I got compared to many other tent rental companies. They were prompt in coming to our venue to set up and quick to set up. The group was professional and efficient. They treated my family nicely and we had no problems. Definitely would recommend them for anyone looking for tent/supply rentals.

I used their DJ machine, dishes, mirrors, and linen. Loved it all. Everything turned out beautifully.

This company was recommended to us by a friend. Positives: Were easy to work with and company was reasonably priced. HUGE NEGATIVE: 2 days before the event they called to give us a delivery time. The delivery time came and went and nothing arrived. Called several times after delivery time and each time was assured items were on their way. by 11pm, nothing had arrived and was told they would arrive by 6am the day of the event. Still nothing. Called again and was told they likely did not have all the items we ordered. Said they were loading up the truck with what they had. Still nothing arrived. We received no calls that they were not going to arrive and no follow up calls. Had to scramble last minute to make other arrangements. Was eventually told they had gotten a new software program which led to lost orders. Ok, things happen but a phone call would have been nice to let us know what was going on so we could have made other arrangements and not scrambled last minute.

This company was the most reasonable, however, they made up for it in other ways. The delivery men had to come back twice (once to collect the payment and once to pick up the remaining items they had left). My contact person, Mary accused us of stealing a piece to one of the pieces of equipment. It was acutally the ignorant delivery men who didn't drop it off.

A W F U L ! Let m start with the positives ... showed up on time and the crew was very professional! Here’s the SHOCKER - the owner was rude and mean spirited! Looking at he reviews —- looks like he is consistent! I should have read the reviews BEFORE and not after! Pay a little more and go elsewhere.... yikes!

Buyer beware! They should fire their staff in the office!!!! Poor quality service. Let me say the positive. Delivery was on time and men were VERY professional. Prices are good. Even given these positives, it doesn't make up for the rude, inefficient, unprofessional staff (Mary and Richard) at the office. Items delivered were not what was paid for. When brought to their attention, they wouldn't correct issue. Mary in the office is RUDE and let me know she had my payment and hats all that mattered. Richard the manager is her yes man. Next time I wil look at reviews first as they are consistently negative in all sites I checked after the fact. The slight savings does not mean anything if you have the wrong order!!!

DO NOT USE!! My credit card information was used elsewhere after giving it to them. Called and tried to talk to Mary the owner about it. She hung up on me. They are a scam
