For our wedding we chose to use mini-coaches and a bus to transport everyone, including the bride and groom! It was a lot more fun for everyone and easier to manage. We had a lot of guests from out of town so coordinating transportation would have been a nightmare especially on a friday afternoon/night! They were very professional, very reasonably priced.

On the day of, the coach bus was wonderful, on time, and exactly what we were hoping for. It picked up our guests in New York promptly, brought them to our wedding in Pennsylvania safely, and got them home quickly that night.

The process of booking this bus, however, was a different story. Many unanswered emails, lack of clarification, and we had to keep repeating ourselves every time we spoke to them on the phone, because they had forgotten (or not written down) things we had asked for the previous time. They never followed up with us, we had to always contact them. The people on the phone always seemed in a rush to get us off the phone. We did a lot of research on bus companies that provide similar services, and it didn't seem like any of them were particular standouts. If you go with Campus Coach, just be prepared to not have much communication, and to take initiative in confirming everything.

Very expensive for a few buses, but I guess that is the going rate. We did have problems with one driver who was very late to pick up the groomsmen before the wedding and was actually parked somewhere not where he was supposed to be. Instead of calling, he just sat there and was 45 minutes late by the time the groom called to find out where he was. Other than that, things were fine.
