It's now been nearly two months since our wedding at Camp Angelos and we still have friends and family tell us how amazing our venue was! We rented the entire camp for the weekend, including all cabins and most buildings for our guests, and were blown away by the accommodating staff, gorgeous grounds and rustic experience. Mary Jo and her team bent over backwards to answer our questions and schedule multiple visits over the year leading up to the wedding to allow our families and vendors to plan our event, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding as a result. This was the perfect venue for two Portland natives who love the outdoors. Thank you, Mary Jo and team, for a truly unforgettable weekend at your stunning property!

Beautiful place!!! The venue had what we wanted- access to the Oregon river and the outdoors, ability for friends and family to stay the night in cabins or in tents, ability to have a campfire, beautiful ceremony site options, included services like setting up and taking down tables and chairs, linens, and so on. The reasons I did not give it 5's...
-The staff is very small, and they are very busy, so even when visiting in person communication and discussion are rushed.
-Even though we had rented the other place until a specific time, the next group was arriving and putting their stuff down where we were packing up our stuff in the last hours we were there, so we didn't have the place completely to ourselves the whole time and felt rushed to leave.
-The staff threw out all of our flowers many hours before we were scheduled to leave and did not ask us if it was okay.
-Getting all questions answered can take some patience, and it is necessary to provide reminders about exactly what you have requested/want even if it is included. The best time to do this is very close to the wedding when they are actually starting to prepare for it.

Overall, this was an incredible place to get married and a positive experience. I would have my wedding there again for sure.
