Steven and Sharon created a combination wedding certificate and ketubbah for our interfaith marriage. It was simply magnificent. They painted watercolors of two scenes that are very significant to us, basing them on photographs we provided, and decorated the calligraphic text with wildflowers we chose. Everyone who attended the wedding signed as witnesses. The result is a treasure we will always cherish.

I worked with Steven and Sharon at Calligraphica to have a Quaker Wedding style certificate created for our wedding. It wasn't quite an emergency order, but there was definitely a tight timetable after our original source for the wedding certificate fell through. Steven and Sharon were prompt in responding to my requests, and worked with me to design a beautiful custom certificate at a very reasonable price. My wife and I recently had the certificate framed and it is hanging on our wall. We couldn't be happier. Calligraphica created a Quaker wedding certificate that my husband and I used in lieu of a guestbook, and in honor of the Quakers in his family. We had a simple certificate with beautiful, hand-drawn and painted flowers at the top and bottom of the certificate. It's proven to be a really beautiful keepsake that hangs prominently on our living room wall and that I appreciate so much more than a traditional guestbook.

Steven was very responsive by email, made the certificate quickly, and created a design that my husband and I loved based on just a few lines of description I provided to him in an email. The most difficult part of the process was figuring out what we wanted on the certificate--the Calligraphica website offers so many choices and possibilities for customization. Although the cost of a certificate is certainly higher than what people usually spend on a guestbook, the value for the product was excellent, considering the work and care that went into its creation, and considering the sentimental value it has.

I cannot begin to express our delight and happiness with the beautiful one-of-a-kind Quaker Wedding Certificate we used as a means of recording our guests presence at our wedding! What a special, special gift it truly was for both of us to have so many elements of our wedding and our relationship combined in this beautiful work of art.
