I highly recommend Callahan Barbecue! We used them this past month in October for our wedding and they did an amazing job! The food was delicious, decently priced and their staff stayed and maintained the buffet line until dinner was over. We had so much food leftover that we were able to feed all the staff and make to go containers for family and friends! We were able to freeze some of the meat and enjoy it again 2 weeks after the wedding! Callahan Barbecue is definitely not one to overlook on your next catering event!

The food was amazing and I didn’t have to pay ridiculous amounts of money! This place is in my hometown and it really was delicious! My wedding day was perfect! I ordered it and had them deliver/setup then hired servers for the remainder of the evening. We did a buffet style.

Peggy with Callahan Barbeque was such a sweetheart! We actually live in Callahan and dine there frequently – even with that said Peggy still brought us in and fed us a whole monsoon of food & she even paid for it! She wanted to make sure that we got to try absolutely everything on the menu so we chose accordingly for our Special Day! Peggy kept in great contact with me and she and another helper were there on time and set everything up and the food was absolutely delicious! She actually even helped carry my wedding dress so I could hop up in the back of a truck for my grand entrance. Such wonderful people!

I was skeptical at having them cater my wedding. In our small town, everyone goes to them and I wanted to be different. I am SO glad I did not listen to myself!! Most weddings you end up with dry, bland food. However from our turkey to the BBQ pork it was simply AMAZING! We went back to my parent's house to load up on food for our honeymoon it was so good! I had multiple people asking where we got our caterer and I dare say that they gained more life long customers too.

The food was delicious! I would recommend Callahan BBQ to anyone I know! The staff was also very accommodating and kind!

The price for 45 people with fried chicken, Mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, tea, delivery, set to keep the food hot is unbeatable. I just used them for my wedding. They showed up exactly when they said they would. I would HIGHLY recommend them! The food was amazing and I had guests asking where I got catering from. Thank you so much for an outstanding job, professionalism and for being well versed in time management. I deeply appreciate it.

We just got married two days ago and I am still thinking about the food! We had... BBQ chicken, beef brisket, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and green beans to die for. Served with rolls and the most amazing banana pudding for dessert. We only had one hiccup, the rolls were forgotten so we stalled with changing the schedule slightly. Otherwise everything was great and I would highly recommend them!

Callahan really pulled out all the stops. We ordered for 50 (which was a downgrade after we received RSVPs), and we still got food for 100. We were surprised with how much more setup they did than we thought, including some beautiful tea and lemonade dispensers that were right on theme. It's a little hard to reach them by phone because they are so busy, so just make sure to go in-person to do your order.
