Sure there are a lot of wedding cake vendors out there but how many of them use real, high-quality ingredients and make cakes that taste as good as they look? Cakes By Look cakes satisfy the eye and the taste buds equally! I had four flavors available between the wedding cake and the groom's cake and many guests tried multiple flavors because they were so good. You can get traditional flavors with a twist or unusual flavors--all are good. I had my favorite for the top two tiers--Velvet Elvis: banana cake (yes, made with real bananas), chocolate ganache filling and peanut butter buttercream)--thinking it the least appealing flavor for the masses and it all got eaten! Cakes By Look are not like most wedding cakes. They are super dense and moist and flavorful and I had a number of guests comment that they'd never had such good cake before--whether wedding cake or not. I will use them for all future events requiring cake and I highly recommend them! The owner, Rhienn, is awesome to work with too.

We were quite happy with the cupcakes that Rhienn provided for our wedding. My only regret... we only ate the ones we did our "cutting" with. Our guests enjoyed them so much!

The cupcakes were delicious and the set up was very nice. The prices were comparable to other cupcake vendors (just a little cheaper). It was difficult to get in contact with Look Cupcake. I did not get my phone calls or emails returned right away. They were always polite when we did get in touch.

Rhienn was very flexible and helpful on the cake. Although the cake was a bit dry, but the design was very nicely done- i got a poker themed groom's cake. One thing though: the color was not within our black, white and red theme- there's a bit green there. Other than that, we like it.

The wedding cake arrived two hours late and I had to actually Call Rheinn to find out if she was coming or not. She told me the cup cakes were destroyed and that the cake was damaged and she had been crying so that is why she was late. I had to take one of the bridgemaids flowers to cover up the damage to the cake. She offered me a refund of only 152.00 out of 902. I paid, sre you kidding me, now she does not answer her emails or phone calls from me. GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
