We had a wonderful experience with Cake Shotts. The owner, Jess, was so easy to work with. She took the time to make sure that she knew every little detail that we wanted. We were planning the wedding from a distance, and she was so easy to coordinate all of the details. The cake was not only beautiful but was incredibly delicious!! Go for a cake tasting... you'll be glad that you did!!

I give all 5 stars to Cake shotts other than a little slow to answer messages but overall in the end it didnt matter as our cake turned out amazing. we got many compliments on it from guests who wanted to know who made it so they could steal her for their own weddings!

I used Cake Shotts for the first time for my event cake. I went for a cake tasting and was very impressed with the cupcakes tasted - they were amazing. I had three people with me for the tasting and all agreed that the tasting was great. I would give a recommendation based on food quality.

I had trouble though with the price being changed on me one week prior to my event date. After speaking about the exact details and number of people the cake needed to be for (with three witnesses) and receiving a written quote of the cost, I paid the deposit and signed my contract. When it came time for us to finalize everything, I was sent a final quote that was significantly higher than my original quote when nothing had changed in the details discussed. When I questioned the increase there was not an explanation and I was told that they did not remember giving me the other quote. I then provided the written quote, expecting this price to be honored, but it was not. I was very disappointed by this as when a customer proves a written quote it should be honored. I will not be using this business again due to the manor in which things happened with pricing. The cake was beautiful and they produced the product they were supposed to so there was nothing wrong there - but just very disappointed that my original quote was changed at the last minute.
