Nicole sure knows her cake! If you visit her website, you'll see how gorgeous her cakes are. On our first meeting, she had everything laid out for us in a room with samples of her intricately decorated cakes. The menu was intriguing. She guided us through the tasting which helped us focus on each flavor and kept us from scarfing down the whole plate in one gulp. On booking with her, we decided to go with two of her flavors, and one that we requested off her menu. She was extremely prompt with her emails. It was fun working with her!

I've adored Nicole's cakes for quite some time and had to have her cake as part of my special day! I received endless compliments for my "Vancouver" cake and everyone wanted to get the name of this amazing pastry chef! I can't recommend her enough for her artistic talents and not only was my cake delicious, it was absolutely gorgeous!

For our wedding we wanted a simple, clean, delicious, and memorable wedding cake for just my husband and I to share. Nicole made us a beautiful small one tier cake with a massive burgundy and gold detailed sugar flower that was absolutely gorgeous. I spent the whole week after the wedding enjoying the delicious cake as well. Ordering was simple, the cake recipes were difficult to choose between, and the decoration was luxurious.
