We worked with CBK for our wedding and had an amazing experience! Chase, Gina and the rest of the team were so easy to work with incredibly helpful along the way. We appreciated their willingness to provide recommendations and guide us through the entire process. The food and drinks were incredible and so was the staff onsite. I highly recommend CBK and plan to use them for any catering needs we have in the future.

Unfortunately the experience with cbk left much to be desired. The supposed three person team was only two individuals. One of whom was a temp worker and reaked of alcohol. Several guests made comments, it was very embarrassing. Further more, they sold us a package, with the intent of trying to feed 60 people. About 30 people actually attended, and even though we paid for 60, there was not enough food. The sales director chastised us and started, "we should have known this would not be enough food to feed anyone." To top it off, the server did not bring out all of the food we paid for! I saw it sitting in the back at the end of the event. Oh but wait, there is also the fact that that they trew out or marriage certificate! They found it in the trash, stained with juices and food. The sales director took no ownership, saying it was a mistake. Gor the price we paid, I expected nothing but the best.

We hired this place for our wedding and it was the worst mistake. From the beginning, they had bad communication with us and seen to just want to keep selling us unnecessary add ons, but that's not the worst part. On our wedding day only a portion of the food made it to the guests tables, the only server we had will bring out a little plate with 3 crackers at a time and would take forever to come back out, not to mention the server smelled like alcohol and several guests noticed. In other words we were all starvinf, although we should have plenty of food because only half of the guests could make it to the wedding. At the time of cutting the cake, they brought out the smallest pieces of cake ever! So we were all starving and at the time were we thought we would get some food we still didnt, i had to take home the majority of the cake which ended up in the trash since we both couldn't eat it all. But wait... there is more when we thought it couldn't get worse... it did, right at 7 o'clock they started cleaning the tables and they didn't noticed or cared to look into an envelope that was sitting on a table, they simply tossed it, that envelope was out marriage license, i looked everywhere for it but no one seemed to know. That night, the CBK coordinator looked thru the trash and found it and gave it back the next afternoon. This place services are terrible they don't care about you or your special event, even when i went and expressed my dissatisfaction with them they seemed to not care at all, they just said it will be investigated and this is the contract, they never got back to me... for 2700 dollars, you will get a ship and a cracker from this place. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! I'm so embarrassed with all my guests that came and had to starve for hours because of this place. I will never forgive them for running our wedding.
