By Your Side was fantastic! We used them for our engagement and wedding pictures. They were helpful but not bossy. They would tell us how to pose for pictures but they also got a lot of really fun, genuine pictures as well as any we wanted. They were really helpful and we love our pictures and will cherish them forever!

Your mind will truly be made up after your conversation with her, that you have found exactly what you are looking for. When I was looking for vendors for everything that I needed – dress, venue, cake, flowers, DJ, caterer, photographer/videographer…it was quite overwhelming for all the offerings provided. I was also dependent on reviews to help me decipher based on what others had experienced during their dealings and interactions with the vendors. And, these helped me to set vendors apart for who were the cream of the crop versus vendors in which I may be concerned about using on a special day. After speaking with Mari I knew that I didn’t want to use any other photographer and had my heart set.
Mari & her husband are the perfect team to walk you through your day and capture every shot imaginable that you could ever hope or request. They are patient, helpful, sincere, professional & great at what they do. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to work with them as they made my evening even more special!

Mari and James are not only wonderful photographers but they are great people. We enjoyed getting to know them and are blessed they were our photographers at our wedding! They were so patient and thoroughly explained what to expect that day. Very easy to communicate with and fast responses. We felt like were in great hands!

The best photographers a couple could use.

Mari and her husband were wonderful. Weddings can be very stressful times, but these two make this part of the experience very easy. We met with them multiple times before hand and they were so pleasant we spent much of the time simply talking about life and relationships. The day of the wedding went smoothly thanks to their guidance. Not only did they help us move things along and get the pictures we needed to very quickly, but they also gave us the freedom to ad-lib if necessary. They were present for every important moment and all the less noticeable ones on your wedding day, while not being overly pushy and sometimes fading into the background. They allowed us to enjoy our wedding day while still capturing the moments that made the day so special.

This couple was so amazing to work with. They not only were affordable but also produced incredible photos. I used them for my bridals as well and their artistic views helped to add so much to the photos that we will cherish forever!

I loved these guys! They made me feel so comfortable on the day of and we're basically flies on the wall. They worked together so well and I'm in love with my pictures!! Their pricing is amazing compared to other people I looked at and in my opinion did a much better job!
