Buena Vista Event Center provides both indoor and outdoor spaces for couples to tailor their ceremony and reception to their preferences. The large indoor space boasts a flatscreen TV, a bar and prep kitchen, and barrel wallpaper that gives it the look of a winery. Mood lighting and stone fountains filled with plants provide a warm and elegant ambiance. Doors open up to the outdoor pavilion, which can be left open on warm nights or closed if the temperature drops. This covered area is an excellent space to socialize late into the night on temperate evenings. From the pavilion, festival lighting stretches across a courtyard set with grassy knolls and gardens, all the way to an arbor. This arbor consists of a wood trestle set on four stone pillars and makes for a great spot to exchange vows. The atmospheric lighting, languid palms, and breathtaking views add to the grandeur.

Services Offered

This venue is set apart by its all-inclusive packages, which cater to weddings of all sizes, from small events to celebrations of 300 guests. The Buena Vista Package comes with exclusive access to the venue for six hours, event planning and design, a day-of coordinator, and a get-ready suite. This option also includes a sweetheart table for the couple, 72-inch tables for dinner, dishware and flatware, and linens in black, white, and ivory. Dinner is provided buffet-style, and couples can upgrade to a plated dinner with different menu options. For weddings under 100, the Intimate Event Package is offered and includes five hours of access to the venue. Other selections are available for weddings of 30 guests or fewer, as well as venue-only and ceremony-only options. The team at this venue has thought of every detail and is happy to work with clients to design the perfect night. They can even provide DJs and MCs, officiant services, custom draping and lighting, and a photo booth to ensure that couples’ every dream comes to life.
