Brian was so kind and patient as well as very respectful...anytime I needed him for more pictures he came right away. Listened to all my ideas. Amd when I wanted more edited photos he was very responsive. Would highly recommend him and would hire him again.

Horrible experience! Bryan is not trustworthy. I hired him and paid a deposit for videography services, which was a gift for my niece’s wedding. He had questions about timeline, so I put him in touch with the bride and groom to complete his questionnaire. He then started dealing with the groom and sent him the contract and sent both of us an invoice while leaving me completely in the dark about adding an extra hour of time requested by the groom (which I wanted to pay for since this was a gift!).

When we said we wanted to have the contract reviewed by a family attorney (because I was paying and Bryan refused to send me the contract), he abruptly cancelled the services, leaving the bride and groom without a videographer just weeks before the wedding!

Throughout the process he was often unresponsive and completely unorganized with no documented record of our conversation back in February, when booked. He never sent details at any point after our phone call detailing what services we wanted, which we requested. That led to confusion about who he was billing for what services and the contract, which should have been sent to me (not the groom).

I’m the person that hired Bryan, regrettably. What was supposed to be an amazing gift has turned into a nightmare for me and unnecessary stress for the bride and groom just before their wedding. He sent the groom a laugh emoji when he cancelled, which shows his character.

Do not hire this guy. He is not professional and there is a good chance he will cancel on you without good reason. As consumers, we have a right to have an attorney look over a contract when questions arise. If Bryan was a legitimate and trustworthy professional, he should have no concerns about that. We suspect we were being conned and he was potentially trying to bill me and the groom for the extra time added on.
