Brooklynn and her team were amazing! She thought of everything during our planning sessions and handled any hiccup without me even knowing which made the day go so smoothly.

I would love to thank Brooklynn for her outstanding planning and her ideas for mine and Brad’s wedding. She was super helpful and just made things very easy and less overwhelming for me and Brad. Being a gay couple as me and Brad were very nervous to go with a wedding planner and how they would react to us being in the relationship that me and him are in. Most people treat us differently but, with Brooklynn she treated us like family and made us feel like a regular couple unlike the other half of the world and with how Utah is. I also was very satisfied with the pricing of everything and I feel her planning ideas would be advantageous to anyone's wedding that goes with her. I can’t thank her enough for the way she treated us and well she did with our wedding, thank you Brooklynn.

Brooklynn was there for me every step of the way. Every melt down I had and every breath taking moment that we experienced. The thing about Brooklynn is that she isn’t only smart and organized, she’s supportive and informative through every little detail that needs to be taken care of. I recommend her to all of my friends & family. Brooklynn will take care of everything and make that day go a s went as perfect as it could.

Brooklynn helped me have an incredible experience with my wedding planning. I didn't have to worry about one thing because I knew she had everything covered. I am so impressed with her organization and professionalism. She is also amazing at putting out any fire that might arise. For example my photographer pulled out a week prior and she found me another one in my budget and in my style. I would hire her all over again. Definitely and completely recommend her as the best wedding planner.

I have never written a bad review for anyone since it affects their business a lot, at least i believe. I resisted writing the review for a while but I genuinely would feel horrible for future brides if they were to experience the same thing I did. I had read the reviews for Brooklynn and thought this would be a great fit and thought her pricing was beyond response. Well hiring her for her partial wedding planning package was a mistake. All of her reviews were for day of coordination so maybe she’s not ready for more than that. I think she has the potential to be a great wedding planner but the lack of communication was absolutely inexcusable. We hired her in august, and we didn’t have our first meeting until September maybe? We had to reschedule our first zoom meeting due to myself so I understand that but also our first zoom meeting was to discuss our “vision as a couple” which we then scheduled another zoom to go over a mood board she created….which i had already sent her an invite to my Pinterest board so she could see my mood board. It felt like she was stalling for time. Once we went over her mood board she said she would send over a list of vendors by the end of the week. It took her well into October (weeks after she said she would send the list). As a wedding planner how do you not have a list of vendors to send over. Once she sent the list, the vendors weren’t a great selection and she told me if I wasn’t happy with the list she would send over more. Well I asked for more on October 15th, had no response. Sent a follow up text on October 26th and was told it was a crazy month and after Halloween weekend she would focus on my wedding. Hey no problem I get it but then I didn’t hear from her until NOVEMBER 7th, which she still didn’t send over more vendors but told me she would be working on my wedding this week and also told me she would be taking a break starting after thanksgiving until the new year. This was not discussed in the contract or agreed upon. I responded saying I wanted vendors booked before her break as we didn’t have the florist, DJ, and makeup artist booked. And did I get a response after that???? NOPE. Fast forward from NOVEMBER 7TH to NOVEMBER 21st (3 days before her break) I still hadn’t heard ANYTHING from her, so my fiancé and I decided to fire her. I tried to email her and the email was bounced back, so I texted her. It’s now December 11th and I haven’t heard anything from her; not even an apology or an explanation. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional interaction. I hope Brooklynn can learn from this and realize how important communication is ESPECIALLY in this industry. I’m now left to plan my wedding on my own and find someone else to at least be my day of coordinator. I’m so beyond frustrated and unhappy with this service and just hope future brides are cautious in hiring Brooklynn for more than anything but day of coordination or maybe just a smaller wedding.
