Brittany is amazing. She did my whole wedding party. Hair and makeup for 9 of us.

I booked Brittany a day in advance for NYE for me and my bff. She arrived early, she was SO much fun and she styled our hair exactly as we wanted. She was super laid back and easy to work with plus she is great at what she does. I would 100% hire her again to do my hair. She is amazing!

in October Brittany did my and My Mom’s hair and makeup right at the hotel we were staying at in downtown Atlanta for my son’s wedding. She was prompt and extremely pleasant to work with. She styled my hair just as I wanted it and gave my makeup a ver natural look which is jus what I asked for! I would highly recommend her!

Cannot say enough positive things about Brittany! I honestly think her calm and collected demeanor kept my nerves calm. She listened to what my girls and I wanted and just made it happen. All of our hair looked amazing and my makeup was perfect. Also loved that my makeup lasted ALL night! Even after hours of dancing!

Brittany did such a fantastic job on the hair and make up for my wedding! She made everyone’s beauty fantasy come to life! From Princess Jasmine-inspired braids to bright eyed pin-up-esque make up and a sassy last minute half updo! She was quick, efficient, and professional. The results were amazing! 10/10 do recommend!

I do not recommend booking with Brittany Sorrow as she would not comply
with the contract we both signed. I paid a deposit on January 9 to reserve
her services for my wedding on October 12. Unfortunately due to difficult
circumstances, my fiance and I are no longer getting married. I let
Brittany know this on June 19 and asked about a refund. She responded the
next day to say that she was working all day, but would get back to me the
next morning. I told her to take her time, as I was hoping the situation
would change. After I had not heard back from Brittany for a few weeks, I
reached back out on July 8 to follow up. She responded back on July 9
stating that she was sorry about everything and that normally deposits are
non-refundable, but that she was "sympathetic" of my case and would give me
half of my deposit back. A non-refundable deposit has been the case with
the majority of my vendors, however Brittany's contract specifically states
the following: "I agree to the scheduled appointment times given
(attached), and the price listed above. I understand and agree to the
deposit of $X of the total package price at this time to secure
appointments. I consent to having the deposit processed 2 weeks prior to
the scheduled appointments. I agree to pay the balance due on the day of
the event. I understand that the deposit will not be refunded upon
cancellation unless TWO WEEKS NOTICE is given. I understand that no refund
will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment
on the day of the event." With that said, I believe I was 100% entitled to
receive my full deposit, as both Brittany and I signed the same contract.
At the end of a back and forth text conversation that went on for entirely
too long about why she thought I should not receive my deposit back, I
ended up with half of my deposit returned and a bad taste in my mouth about
this entire situation. Although what I am going through with my now
ex-fiance has been incredibly difficult, I do understand that business
owners need to look out for themselves in these types of situations. That
is why they ask customers to sign a contract. I abided by the clear
language of the contract when I gave much more than two weeks notice of
cancellation. Brittany did not abide by her own contract when she refused
to return my full deposit.
