One of the main things I looked for when buying the Engagement Ring for my Fiance was the ability to have it custom made but since we do not know much about cuts and specifics about diamonds we really appreciated the Professionalism with which the Designer at Brilliance guided us through our purchase. It was definitely a well informed purchase and we are very satisfied with the service. The ring is a beauty and my sweetheart loves it.

I was not looking forward to buying an engagement ring as I have a negative view on the diamond industry as a whole. I went to all the local brick and mortar stores for rings and was, as I expected, disappointed with how far your money goes when buying a diamond. I then started to compare online stores and really was skeptical about Brilliance because the prices were so different. Your money does really go further, and the money back guarantee if I didn't like it in person made me feel secure in my purchase. I hope I never have to shop for an engagement ring again, but if I did I'd go straight back to Brilliance.com.

Ordered my fiance's engagement ring online

Ordering from Brilliance.com was very simple. The ring came in less than a month and over a week before the date I requested it. I only wish they would have included more information about the ring. It's a cobalt band and as soon as my fiance started wearing it, it had some discoloration in the etching and we had no idea where it came from. They weren't super helpful about how to fix it. Luckily, we had to send it back to be resized and they were able to fix the discoloration. I only hope it stays how it is this time.

Return process was terrible. Over 25 business days and i've only been credited half of my money. Supposedly the rest of it will be deposited "soon" Also, they stated the diamond was eye clean and it wasn't. I retuned the diamond days after receiving it and it took over a month to get my money back and I still don't have all of it. I wouldn't do business with them again.

I had to INVOLVE LAWYER to get a REFUND for the item of jewelry which has never been delivered.

This describes my experience with them I had back in 2020.

I talked to their representative before placing an order to ensure that the item I want can be delivered before certain date. They ensured me that if the order placed immediately they are going to deliver it on time. When the promised delivery date came, nothing was delivered, so I reached out to support and they told me I had to call the COO to discuss my order. COO told me that the item is delayed by customs, so I demanded a full refund, since they were not able to deliver item on time as they promised, which he agreed. Next 4 weeks after that I tried to reach COO again by phone and email, but he was completely ignoring me – no single response to emails, not picking up the phone most of the time, few times when picking up the phone promising to call me back shortly and never actually calling me back. I managed to get a full refund only after reaching out to the lawyer. Beware that they are located in Florida, so you will have to find a lawyer in Florida and go to court in Florida in case of disputes (read their arbitration agreement on site).

Don't wast your time and money

I wrote the review below five days ago October 3, 2020 on trustpilot.com. After that, Jonathon - he said he is COO of the company - reached out. He gave his personal apologies and said he would give me an update every two days about my order whether there is any updates or not. He said I have his words. I believe in a second chance so I gave him a chance to rectify it. Guess what? I was COMPLETELY FOOLED! He never gave me an update, and I am f***** tired of following up. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THERE. YOU ARE COMPLETELY WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO TO BLUE NILE.

Do not purchase anything from Brilliance. You better go to Blue Nile. Customer support is the worst ever. The sales person, Anthony, had never response to my email or call. He just called whenever he needs to reach me. Brilliance is extremely unreliable, not sure their diamond selection is even legit. Never expect your order will arrive on time. None of them will share the progress of your order, and their refund process took forever. Remember they offer you 30 day return window, but your date count starts from when you placed an order, NOT from date you received your order. And they require 15-20 business days to ship your order so you only a couple days to return your product and their return process will take a month at least. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE
