Chey did a wonderful job! I came in very nervous and she made me feel very comfortable. She listened to all my comments and helped me find the perfect dress.

It was a great experience for my future daughter in law. They took their time to make sure she looked at a variety of gowns until she found the perfect one. Her mother, sister, cousin, and I were treated well too. I would definitely recommend Bridal Gown Studio to any bride to be.

Could not be happier with my experience at Bridal Gown studio! They were extremely patient in allowing me explore different styles to figure out the kind of dress I truly wanted for my big day. Never felt rushed or pressured even when I wanted to try certain dresses a second or third time. In the end I said YES to the dress and absolutely love my pick!

I absolutely loved my wedding dress and the full dress shopping experience. The store had a large selection of dresses. Chey clearly understood my vision. She picked dresses that were both my style and some that slightly broadened my idea for my wedding look without taking me out of my comfort zone. She was so perceptive and reassuring throughout the whole process. She picked up on my reactions to the wedding dresses and my entourages reactions and adjusted and communicated with warmth and gentleness. Sonthai was also present during both my shopping and alterations. Even though the store was busy, he took the time to check in with me and other brides. He gave insight on the look that each dress style evoked which was helpful in my dress decision. Julia took great care in altering my dress. When I was curious about making some small adjustments to the dress, she pinned the dress to help me envision the changes and gave me so much patience as I was making my decisions. She also took the time to take a video on how to do the bustle since I came alone to my alteration appointment. The full team at Bridal Gown Studio seemed to be so in tune with each other and genuine in helping brides feel beautiful for their special day.

I had such a lovely experience at Bridal Gown Studio. Working with CJ was so fun and such an enjoyable experience. She was attentive and helpful with the entire process and helped me customize my dress to make it exactly what I wanted! CJ truly made this a memorable experience in finding the perfect dress. The studio is so cute and clean and everybody working there was super nice. Highly recommend.
