Ronda, My Fairy Dress Mother!

Ronda is my FAIRY Dress Mother all the way! I wear a D bra and my size 12 dress came with essentially an A cup! It was insanity. On top of that the waist didn't fit at all, who are they making thee dresses for?! My dress is very delicate lace with a very intricate bodice, so I didn't want to let just anyone touch this beauty! Ronda was truly my saving grace. Not only did she COMPLETELY reconstruct the top of the dress, she added boning and sticky cups to ensure it fit me to perfection (oh and took in the bottom to give my booty some shape!) On top of that, at the last minute she added straps to my dress just DAYS before my wedding because she wanted to do whatever I needed to feel comfy and confident! When I went to pick up my completed dream dress she was waiting for me with a glass of wine in hand, just what I needed wedding week! Thank you, thank you 1,000 times over Ronda for coming to my rescue and making me feel like the most stunning, classic bride ever.

Ronda is amazing. She is very nice, friendly, and professional. She got my dress ready on time as she promised. She wanted to make sure the dress would fit me perfectly. At the time I was about to pick up the dress, the dress straps were still a little bit too long. Perhaps, I lost some weight. Anyway, she got her team to fix them right away, on the spot, so that I don't need to set up another appointment to pick it up. Overall, I'm happy with her work and I love my dress a lot.

The woman who owns the business is very sweet and really feels like a girlfriend. However, there were several times she was confused about what time my appointment was, where it was supposed to be and what should be done. She seemed like she had a very busy schedule, so while this was annoying, it's not the end of the world. However, my bad review on the value and quality of service comes from her altering my bodice to have a bunch on the side, and not listening to me when I told her it needed to be tighter. It was literally falling off me during my ceremony, until I thankfully was able to add bra cups under my dress to add a little extra width. Finally, I asked her if the dress was too long as it seemed to be, she reassured me that this was the style and it would just need to be poofed up. Cue to my wedding day where I'm standing on my dress the entire time because its TOO LONG!!!! I walked on my dress up the aisle, had to skip a spin at the end of it for fear of stepping on my dress and tearing it, our first dance (that we took professional lessons for) where we both ended up standing on my dress with both feet. After this we ended up having to just cute all of the under parts of the dress and pin up the to layer. I was mins away from switching to yoga pants since I literally couldn't even walk! Even pinned my dress was constantly walked on, and my bustle tore 3x before we stopped trying to repair it. The owner is likely capable of great work but she was way overextended and did not properly alter my dress. If the bride cant walk thats a problem
