If you want an Epic wedding you must hire Brenda as your wedding planner. When Dan and I decided to get married we picked Puerto Rico , my hometown, for the wedding location. As a Puerto Rican living in Los Angeles I knew it was not going to be an easy task, though I know my island I have been in the States for 7 years so a lot f things have changed. I had to get a wedding planner. Brenda was highly recommended so I contacted her. We clicked immediately. Brenda not only listened to my ideas, she understood exactly my vision and kept me calmed, trust me planning a wedding is CRAZY imagine a destination wedding. She guided me thru all the vendors, add to my ideas, budget and keeping my now husband and i personality. She took care of all the communications to vendors, told us not to worry about countless things. We were taken care of. Trust me she kept me sane during this process, told her she has a minor in psychology. She was with me every step of the way. Wedding day ... I ENJOYED , well WE , enjoyed every second of the day thanks to Brenda. She was on top of everything, took care of me, brides hydrate, and made sure us and our guest that traveled to Puerto Rico had fun. Photographer, videographer, photo booth , cake, decoration , venue everyone so profesional cause that is what all Brenda's vendors are. Brenda goes beyond the call of duty to make sure everything goes as planned for her clients. What else? I mean yes, my wedding was EPIC all my guest still talk about it. Not only I had the best wedding planner, now I have an amazing friend. Thank you Brenda for being my friend and making sure our day was absolutely beautiful. HIRE HER

Brenda was INCREDIBLE!! She was by my side as my eyes, ears, and voice for about a year and I enjoyed every minute of working with her. I was very calm leading up to the wedding because of her help and because I trusted her immensely. She took all of my ideas and vision and put it to life. Brenda saved the day . Our former l wedding planner had pretty much done nothing and we were a week away from our destination wedding in PR. Hired Brenda on a Tuesday and on Saturday we had the most beautiful organized wedding, Brenda is just amazing!

What can I say about Brenda? Well, for starters, she is amazing! We are a lesbian couple who live in Atlanta but needed someone to help plan our destination wedding in San Juan. When I found Brenda, the first thing I loved was that her profile picture was of her.. and not of a wedding she had coordinated. Next, she took every need that we had and made it happen flawlessly. Even though the first time we physically met was a few days before our ceremony, I would not change a thing about working with her. From helping us pick the DJ that rocked, to the amazing make up artist Brenda Garcia is absolutely wonderful, and you're crazy if you don't hire her. Oh, and her husband Luis is so cute and supportive! He was there too, and helped in any way she needed. It's no wonder she does what she does!

Her professionalism is out the charts! :D Before we knew Brenda, we have problems finding a wedding coordinator that don't have a problem to coordinate a same sex wedding. Since moment one, she wants to meet us to know are like and dislikes and one of the most important parts of planning a event: the budget, to look options that be affordable by our budget. Her responsiveness is 100%, jajaja I almost talk with her everyday! I have many personal situations prior the wedding and she always was worried about me and she always was willing to help us. She is our wedding planner but she ended up being our friend, counselor, a shoulder to cry... She is like a mother to us! She is a unique person that give 100% of effort ALWAYS!!! Thanks to Brenda, right know we are married because she always said to us, that we gonna achieved it! Every event that we gonna do, we always gonna need her to make it perfect! I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a coordinator (even a partial one). I was so lucky to have found Brenda through a recommendation. She is amazing! Apart from being super nice and charming, she is patient, thorough, on top of every detail, a great communicator and extremely reliable. I would 500% recommend her for any couple. We were incredibly pleased with her services. She went out of her way to find what we needed. She has a strong knowledge of local vendors, is bilingual and a great master of ceremonies. My only regret was not hiring her sooner! Although I am from PR, my husband and I live in NYC. Planning a wedding from a different city is quite challenging. I was one of those brides that thought I didn't need a coordinator because I have family in PR who was helping . . I was soooo wrong. A coordinator like Brenda has so much knowledge that can only be gained through experience and connections. So whether you are a couple looking to have a destination wedding in PR or a local PR couple, I HIGHLY recommend Brenda Garcia and her team. They are exceptional! Brenda went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was a dream! We could not be happier with our day.
My wedding was not in the typical places you find here in PR and she took on the challenge and coordinated everything without a glitch. She even planned little surprises and details for us (beautiful room decor) and our guest (an awesome kids table my daughter loved!). Brenda was always immediately responsive to my text and calls. She was also very willing to suggest vendors that she knew would work well and accommodate to our budget.
