Recently myself and my wife attended a holiday party at a very luxurious home in Aspen. Upon arrival we were passed nicely presented hors d'oeuvres, the buzz started around the party "who's the chef?", well to our surprise the foods were being prepared by a Food Network Iron Chef Kurt Boucher whom works for Bravo Fine Catering..... All I could think of is tonight's our lucky night!!! The chef proceeded with a fabulously buffet with an ice carved centerpiece and a carving station where he was freshly carving a beef tenderloin stuffed with winter truffles...WOW!!! The chef concluded the meal with a chocolate-cappuccino soufflé with homemade pine cone ice cream. My wife looked at me and said that she just had a culinary organisum, thanks chef ruining my night??
