Braidy Jewelers had a wide variety of styles to choose from for my engagement ring. I feel like I got a one-of-a-kind ring, and I get comments and compliments on it all the time. They were willing to negotiate with my (now) husband on both the stone and the setting, and everything came with appraisal paperwork. Because we bought my engagement ring there, they were also willing to give us a bit of a discount on our wedding bands, as well. I can get my ring cleaned for free on a moment's notice, and the gentlemen there always remember me and are very kind. The only bad experience was in choosing my husband's wedding band. He felt pressured by the sales woman into getting a certain size, and when the ring arrived, it was really too big. It was titanium and could not be sized, and the woman was irritated that it had to be recut (although she was the one who pressured him into the wrong size). When the new ring came, it was perfect. The owners are really nice guys, and they have two shops, each with a different selection of interesting rings. It's a great place!
