The distillery's name, emblematic imagery, and spirit lines are living tributes to acts of courage and sacrifice. Brad Halling American Whiskey Ko. 's use of the K for company is a remembrance to Brad's comrades with whom he served in the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu, a battle memorialized by Hollywood in the blockbuster movie, Blackhawk Down.
