We hired Brandy and her team right before the pandemic-our wedding date was May 2020. It was a hard time and due to guidelines, fear, etc. we decided to reschedule. Brandy was very understanding, and we're so grateful that she worked with us.

Her work: I don't have any regrets-our photos came out SO PRETTY. I remember mentioning that I didn't know how to pose/come out nice in photos so I would need a lot of guidance 😄. Despite not being photogenic, I came out really well in our photos.

I look back at our album and I love it so much.

(It has been almost 2 years since our wedding, life got really busy and I'm just now having some down-time to review all our vendors-I loved everyone and have been wanting to give them the recognition they deserve!)

BP Artistry had actually done my hair and makeup before for my friends wedding I was in, 3 years ago. They did a great job then and even better job now! They’re very attentive, professional, were on time, and provided several make up artists and hair stylists for my party of 14. My girls were all pleased with the quality of work they received and everyone looked amazing!

These ladies were AMAZING! They were all so sweet and professional and made us all look stunning (if I do say so myself). Not only was the hair and makeup perfect, but they were able to get it all done within my very tight time frame which my type-A personality greatly needed. They were very informative about how to prepare and gave us all the tips. Cannot speak highly enough about them!

These ladies were AWESOME! I had used them previously at another wedding and knew I wanted to use them for my own. They are priced about average from what I researched and we got a discount for having a party of 6 or more. I will admit I was a bit nervous at first not knowing which HAMU artists would be doing HAMU at my wedding cause I wanted to research their work particularly but everything turned out better than I could have imagined!

I found BP Artistry through the knot and bride to bride, these ladies had their work cut out of them on the day of my wedding. I had not only my bridal party but aunts, cousins, and grandmas getting their hair and make-up done. They were on time to my venue even with 288 road dilemmas and had everything set up to go. Liz, the senior stylist did my hair and Chrystal did my make-up. They completely worked some magic that day on us girls. Our package included: airbrush makeup that lasted up to 16 hours (which it did), high quality eyelashes, and any hair style wanted. Myself as a bride was able to receive a hair and make-up trial run which I am so glad that I did because I ended up changing my hairstyle. Any questions that I had prior/during my booking were answered very quickly and most importantly they were able to complete the Pinterest hair styles that I wanted so badly. I highly recommend these ladies and applaud them for their art.

BP Artistry did the wedding hair and make up for me, my bridesmaids, and some female family members (9 women in about 5.5 hours). I spent the longest on my hair & make up vendor search second only to how long I spent on my venue search, and truly feel that BP Artistry is the best of both worlds in Houston in terms of price meeting quality. Shelby was so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, and Chrystal (make up) & Joella (hair) were so great to work with during both the trial and wedding day. I absolutely loved how they made me look - I truly felt transformed into a "princess bride," and to top if off, it all lasted throughout the night, despite me dancing like crazy outside in the May evening humidity. The same went for all the other ladies - they looked gorgeous all night! On top of that, you spend a lot of time with your hair/make up people the day of your wedding - you want people that are professional and friendly and generally nice to be around, and these ladies absolutely were. Definitely recommend BP Artistry 100%, no hesitation!

These ladies were awesome the day of! Super helpful in helping us make look decisions and we all looked gorgeous. Defiantly recommend if you wanna look flawless on your big day!

The ladies at BP Artistry did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup. They arrived on time for both my trial and day of appointments. The makeup lasted all night, as well as my hairdo! Overall, they were great to work with. The only downside was having 1 makeup artist for 6 girls. Only having 1 did cause us to lose some time for photos with the wedding party. I was pretty bummed about that. So my suggestion if you have a big wedding party is to request for an additional makeup artist.

Brandy Palacios is the best! Amber (my photographer) recommended her and I looked at a lot of her work before I hired her since hair and makeup are kind of important. My mom and I were the only ones that got hair and makeup. It was great and I highly recommend her.

I am so happy I chose BP Artistry as my hair and make up vendor for my special day. Joella did my make up and hair and she did absolutely amazing! They were on time the day of, and were able to complete all of the services we needed by the time we needed to get to our venue. I definitely recommend using BP Artistry to make your wedding hair and make up vision come true!
