You need a license to get flowers from here, but they have such a great variety of flowers! would totally recommend if you know a florist and are looking for something different

I should mention that you'll need to be an approved designer or vendor to get into the exchange. We were fortunate enough to have someone helping us that was. The flowers were exquisite!
