Just yesterday, a friend was looking at our wedding photos and said, “wow, whatever you paid your photographers — it wasn’t enough.” THAT’s how beautiful our photos from Bookhouse Collective turned out. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure working with Andrew and Noa for our destination wedding in my hometown of Buffalo, NY, and they were wonderful at every turn. From helping us throughout the planning process, to their warm professionalism on our wedding day (not to mention flexibility when we had to reschedule for COVID!) We couldn’t have asked for a better team and can’t thank them enough for making our wedding such a great experience.

I loved working with Meredith! From start to finish, she was professional and. My husband and I had talked about doing our engagement photos at Coney Island and not only did Meredith love the idea, but she helped us with travel plans and navigating NYC traffic on 4th of July weekend. She was incredibly kind and created a sense of warmth and ease through the whole shoot. Our photos came out exactly as we'd hoped they would. Even in shots that were carefully posed, Meredith made it look as though she captured a candid moment between us. The photographs feel personal and very reflective of who my husband and I are as a couple. It was an amazing experience and I can't recommend Meredith and Bookhouse Collective enough!

My husband and I were referred to Bookhouse Collective by some friends who spoke very highly of them. After a consultation with them, we hired them to film our wedding in a resort at the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Andrew and his team a joy to work with (and have at our celebration!) and the photos and videos are simply incredible! We had everyone arrive a few days early to enjoy the resort and prepare for the event. So when the big day arrived, the entire Bookhouse team felt more like guests than people we hired to help. Don't get me wrong, Andrew and the Bookhouse Team were consummate professionals. They were a step ahead of us on every count, capturing all the special moments we continue to cherish today. We brought Bookhouse Collective on to capture our 'Brooklyn Back-Yard Sunset' ceremony and reception at the GreenHouse in Brooklyn, NY. Meredith, Andrew, and the team from Bookhouse were a joy to work with from start to finish. They fully captured the entire day and well into the night that turned into a karaoke dance party. My photos are filled with the most beautiful and magical imagery, the team caught all the big and powerful moments as well as the small things, like the decor, cocktails, and place settings. Seriously, if I weren't in the pictures, I'd be totally jealous looking at the wedding photos. The day is such a major life moment that a lot of it can feel like a blur, but since I have photos of every single moment and detail, I'm able to completely remember so much more it. I can look at the pictures of people dancing, and know exactly what song was playing! If it wasn't for the Bookhouse team the memories would be fading, I'm so grateful that I choose them to capture the special day.

I knew from the moment I picked my wedding venue in a remote part of upstate NY on a FARM (4 hours from NYC!) I would have hurdles to tackle to find vendors that were up to my standards and that would be able to accommodate such a remote destination wedding.
After my first interaction with Bookhouse Collective I knew that I was in good hands, and they would make my vision come to life, and they did JUST THAT!
Meredith and Andrew from Bookhouse Collective arrived on site Friday Afternoon as my wedding party was arriving and photographed my ENTIRE wedding weekend from the grounds of the farm to the rehearsal dinner, the morning after brunch and EVERYTHING in between, they did not miss a single moment OR a single detail.
Even once the wedding was over, we remained in contact throughout the editing process. Within 2 weeks they had emailed me a sneak peak of my photos and I was BLOWN away, not to mention once I received the entire album how incredible their attention to my little details were.
My experience with Bookhouse Collective was a D.R.E.A.M and I would recommend them 100 times over for your wedding no matter how small/large near or far!

I had photographer Andrew Zaeh photograph my wedding in Mexico. To me, the photographs were the most important piece of my wedding, because that is what I had to hold onto that day. After his lighting rig did not end up on the same flight, he rushed from the airport and quickly set up a plan b to photograph my rehearsal. He literally RAN to make sure we got what we needed before sunset. The next day at the wedding, he scouted locations for pre-wedding pictures and then spent nearly all day preparing to get the perfect shots at the actual wedding. The result are literally works of art. I have my photos blown up on canvas, and I consider them part of the artwork in my house. He did an exceptional job, and I am forever grateful for the extra mile(s) he took to ensure that I had visual memories of that day.

My husband and I tapped Bookhouse Collective to film our ceremony at City Hall in Manhattan and then travel with us to our destination celebration in Napa, CA later that year. Meredith from Bookhouse was a consummate professional from start to finish and such a calming presence. By the time we got to Napa, she felt more like a guest than part of our wedding team. Knowing she and the Bookhouse Team were there really allowed us to focus on enjoying our friends / family as we knew the imagery would be amazing - and it was! We've since had them back to capture our family reunion and even had them take professional portraits of us for our LinkedIn profiles. Thank you, Bookhouse!
